We received stellar service from start to finish. We called pretty early due to a leak in our bedroom and water in our crawl space. Bob called shortly after and stopped by within a 30 minutes. He provided a quoted after inspecting our room and began working the next day. His team returned a few days later to finish the remaining part of the roof (we added more services after the first job completed). Bob made the process flawless for us. Bob from Skyward pushed and sold my 80 year old in laws into replacing 3 roofs on their property in SI. He grossly over priced the installations and then when a leak occurred on one of the properties, he refused to make things right. He also installed on top of 2 layers of existing roofing when that is not allowed by building codes for flat roofs, to which we will be approaching the borough about his questionable practices. Stay away from this "contractor". UPDATE 5/23/22: We now have multiple leaks on all three homes they did work on and they will not return our calls...Service: Roof installation
