Tri star did a very good job to my kitchen reno we’re very happy with the result from start to finish all the staff are very nice both in person & on the phone Max the owner is always on the top of the project Mike was very kind & knowledgeable on everything he did with his assistant Santiago i know the job makes your house messy but they keep it clean at the end of the day & no garbage left behind . First, I chose TriStar because a neighbor of mine had used them some years ago for a number of projects, and a neighbor of my mother's used them for large bathroom renovation.So I need a major roof renovation. Not only did three layers of shingles need to come off, but I was sure some of the underlaying wood would need replacement. Sure enough, all of the 44 year old underlayment needed replacement. (It was in horrible shape.)The team from Tristar did the job in two days and left my property as if they had never been there. Not only does the roof look great, but they did an awesome job cleaning up as well.Everyone from Max, his office staff, and his work crews are nice, friendly, and professional.We'll definitely be having them back for some other work that needs to get done.

I had windows replaced. From the beginning everyone was professional. Two representatives came out and explain to us the best windows to get. My wife and I visited the showroom to see what we was getting, and it was explain to us how to move or adjust the windows. The installers arrived on the time they said, cover up our furniture to protect it, then cleaned up all debris from the job inside the house and outside. Everyone was excellent. I look forward to doing more business with Tri Star Construction.

Excellent experience having my bathroom renovated by this company. From start to finish, it was a painless experience. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I was able to purchase all of my tiles and fixtures through them at very competitive prices. The construction team who came to my house was punctual, pleasant, and very neat. We had our 1956 kitchen and bathroom completely renovated. They turned out beautifully!! We couldn't be more pleased. The whole process, from meeting with Max to pick out the materials and discuss all the design details to talking to all the girls in the office who were so pleasant and helpful to having Mike doing such beautiful work, was a much smoother experience than we had been warned about by friends. One thing that people have a hard time believing is that, once the work started, they were here every single day until it was complete! We will definitely be calling on Tri-Star for any future work we plan to have done!

When my husband and I decided to get all new windows and redo my deck, there was only one company that I trusted that the work will be done correctly. Max was very helpful and made the process very easy. The ladies in the office are very kind and very helpful and answered all my questions. The workers on site make sure that the work in done right. After 25 years, it was time to update our kitchen. From the minute we met Max at the showroom, it was a positive experience. Max took the time to listen to our ideas and had the patience to show us better choices. He is truly an expert on getting the most out of the space you have. We had TriStar replace multiple Windows and perform a full roof tear off and replacement under very tight quarters. They are true professionals at what they do. The courteous team cleaned up exceptionally well. It was a messy and difficult job due to the multiple layers of shingles they needed to remove. The finished project looks great with no issues encountered. The staff communicated very well with us and gave a very accurate time frame with updates. We are one of many who used TriStar for roofing and windows. We highly recommend TriStar for all your needs.

Awesome place to go to for windows replacement! From the beginning to end, the service was seamless! I called to get a quote end of March, and installment was done end of mid June. The workers took 1 full day to replace 4 big casement windows for my house. They were very detailed and professional. The cleaning part after the installation was hassle free. Don’t think! Just go for Tri-star and you won’t regret it!

From review to completion, working with Tri-Star was a pleasure. Because of the needed concrete work, Max helped me understand the coordination that was needed. There was no GC involved. This was major rehabilitation of a porch roof that included reframing, leveling, insulating, structural columns, electrical, siding and gutters/leaders. In the end, I was very happy with the work. Thank you office staff, construction crews and Max!

Hands down the best contractor we have worked with so far. We have done 3 major projects on our house and moving forward Max and his team will always have our business. Max and his office were patient with us with decision making. When we asked for his opinion, he gave his honest advice. His team of workers were top notch. They treated our home like it was theirs. We told Max we needed the work completed before the new school year began and he made sure it was.John and his crew were amazing! I called a neighborhood contractor to get a estimate on replacing the current gutters leaders etc. The individual said he'll call me back in a few days with such estimate. I waited a week no call so I was scrambling to find a Gutter Service and I realized Tri Star did roofing and Gutters as I had used them years back for a drop roof. I called the office and the office staff is very organized and prompt as I was given a time/date they would send someone to take a look at the job in hand. Leo was the gentleman who came to look at the job and I mentioned the front fascia board probably needed to be replaced and maybe other area's as well so he said he'll note it for pricing the job. Leo said the office will contant me in a day or two which the office did call and email me the proposal/estimate which was very reasonable and fair so I called the office to agree /schedule the job . Leo came back to the office for me to sign the contract and for a deposit on the job. He said the office will call for scheduling and it was schedule a day later . The crew showed up on time and started right away and as I figured there was an additional 60 feet on rotted fascia board on the top level which the guy did a great job to get off put up new pressure treated board and recap which was listed in the contract at what cost so it wasn't a surprise. They rolled out the new 5in seamless gutters from the back of their truck and up it went. They got the gutters up in one day but had to come the next morning to put the elbows and leaders on. They would have finished in one day but ripping off the rotted fascia was labor intensive and took 2 hours alone. They cleaned up so well and did a detail and thorough job . I highly recommend Tri Star as they're reliable and fair with pricing and no upselling . The office staff is prompt and responsive and the work crew as well

We have worked with Tri Star Construction previously to replace our front door and the quality of work and professionalism has not changed. I was getting the gutters replaced at my home and it rained earlier in the morning and expected them to postpone to another day which was fine. The rain let up and the team was in front of my door ready to get the work done like it didn't even rain. I was also getting my HVAC system replaced and they worked with the other team to not be in each others way which was fantastic.The team completed the job just before 5pm and cleaned up as if they were never there. It was a great experience and look forward to working with them on another future project.Service: Gutter repairs

WONERFUL...WONDERFUL..SERVICE!!! I had called several places before finding Tri-Star and I must say it true what they say "leave the best for last" I called on a saturday and they were in my home measuring by monday. They were prompt on the time line of the project. They were very professional and courteous. They removed the old deck and hauled it all away. They were very clean and well organized. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!! My next project will def be taken care of by Tri-Star Construction. Thank You guys at Tri-Star I am in love with my deck and back yard now!!!

If you need any type of window replacements or anything related to windows, Tri Star is highly recommended! Excellent service and professional staff! Everyone from Diane the receptionist, Max the owner, to John and his crew were very nice and professional. The custom made windows are beautifully done and I can not stress how well John and his crew installed for the windows.They will cover some of the surrounding furniture/interiors to try their best to minimize any debris from taking out the old windows. They also do a great job in cleaning up too! Overall, if you need any type of window repair or replacement, go to Tri Star!I would highly recommend Tri Star!

I had two basement windows replaced and two were closed using clear glass blocks. The lead time from estimate to work done was about 5 weeks. The workers arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. The job was completed in one day with 3 workers. They cleaned up and removed the debris. Working with Max and the Tri-Star team from start to finish makes doing renovations a lot less stressful. From picking out materials at their showroom, scheduling and install, everyone is courteous and professional. I had new flooring done and the guys did an awesome job with the install and the finishing trim work. This isn’t the first time I used them and won’t be the last. I highly recommend using Tri-Star Construction for your home improvement alterations. I needed 2 sliding patio doors and went to the showroom, which at the time, I didn't realize that an appointment was needed and the showroom was locked. However, Max Mannino, the owner caught me as I was walking away from the showroom to their parking lot and opened the showroom up. He was very patient in explaining the differences between the brands of patio doors that they had on display. He never rushed me and answered a barrage of questions. Armed with the information I needed I called a few days later to place an order. Max came to my home to take the necessary door measurements and gave me an approximate delivery date. When I received a call my order was ready we set an installation date. The installation crew was very respective of my home; they put tarps down on the floor and made sure that at the end of the day all debris was cleaned up and taken away. There was one glitch however, where the patio doors were too noisy when opening and closing them so I discussed my concern and Tri-Star sent another crew out to make the adjustments necessary so that they slide seamlessly and quietly now. Excellent follow up skills. and Excellent communication in the back office.

I've been using Tri Star for a variety of home maintenance and repairs over the past 15 years . I have never been disappointed. Max is a true professional...knows his business very well. Their estimates are fair and will recommend only what needs to be done to address the situation. Their pricing is competitive and I always feel as if I'm getting fair value for cost. My husband and I just had our roof replaced by Tri-Star Construction and the process was a pleasure from start to finish. The work crew shows up on time, is pleasant and professional, and very neat. When the job was done, they left our yard very clean. A few years ago a neighbor had their roof done and the company they used (not Tri-Star) left their yard and my yard a mess of nails and roof tiles. Tri-Star is the exact opposite - We could not be happier and would use Tri-Star in the future for any work we need done.

Tri star construction team, to describe you in a word Incredible would be an understatement. From start to finish professional, Max is great at understanding your needs and will help and suggest ideas from his experience that would be best for your project. Then the office staff always there to help with questions anytime, never left out of the project on board with the entire job. Then the installers working on my house as if it was there house. Never settling for good enough, if something was wrong they stop fix it then continue on to excellent craftsmanship. If that isn’t enough you get calls before, during, and after the work to make sure you are happy with it . Who does that….?Tri star construction, they replaced 9 windows and replaced vinyl siding on my house, and With all the work that was done there wasn’t even dust left behind they cleaned up everyday so you don’t have to do anything but watch the magic unfold on you project. A great company when you need work done for your house. A few years ago I had my deck done by Tri Star. Now I have my roof done by Tri Star. Max was great as always.
