Called for a quote on having a 24’x25’ 2-car residential garage fully washed, noting that property currently does not have any utilities available (water/electric tho both May/likely be accessible from the neighbors). Spoke to Charlie who said he’d “drive by and see if it’s something I wanna deal with” - sounded annoyed & dismissive as if I’m a burden, but ok..I explained that the garage is locked and asked that he give me as much notice as possible so I could meet him there to allow entry, & further explained that I need this done *ASAP* as I can’t move forward with anything else I need to do until the structure is clean & I’m on a time crunch. I waited 3 days before contacting again and got a text hour later stating “it is too small of a job for us”. I replied asking how they determined that considering they never went inside the garage and that I need ALL of it done - floor (which alone is ~500sq ft), ALL walls, some work benches, possibly ceiling/roof? No response. I texted again hours later asking if they could recommend anyone else?? No response. I sent a question mark prompt the next day… again no response. Highly unprofessional all around.I’ve called around and most pressure washing companies don’t bring their own water so I was hopeful this company would work out. Being a “small job” should be a benefit since it means you don’t need to haul hundreds of gallons AND it shouldn’t take long to complete. Whatever. I will figure this out on my own and save what likely would’ve been several hundred dollars for a “pro” to do it and spend exponentially more time figuring out how to get this done after having an entire week needlessly wasted.

Made phone call requesting quote, did get a call back, followed up with a text with pictures, never received any further communication, obviously not interested in doing the job, therefore, my 2-star rating is based on lack of follow-up / unresponsiveness (they may do good work, I just do not know), obviously if I have future needs I’ll have to call someone else.
