Loved the service I received from CNY Roof Cleaners. Easy to work with and efficient. The real reason I needed their service was because my roof had some moss. My roof, and house, now look brand new. My windows need to be cleaned, which I did expect, and my primrose garden took a hit from the washing, but the flowers are coming back and the moss in the flower bed is gone too. I am very pleased with how my house looks! Great job guys :)

Absolutely thrilled with CNY Roof Cleaners! They did an incredible job and were extremely thorough and detailed and explained everything to me as they went along. Your man Paul did an excellent job on our roofs! We are so very pleased with his hard work and care. It rained a bit while he was here and that did not keep him from spending as much time as needed to do an exceptional cleaning of the roofs.I offered him my rain suit but he said he was already wet and had dry clothes and so declined the offer.He was here for hours and despite the conditions and working alone he stayed with it until we had clean clean roofs.Thank you for your service!

These guys are amazing! They were upfront about the services and gave estimate within 15 minutes. Went with a roof cleaning and protective coating and did an AMAZING job. Roof looks brand new and shiny from the coating. Had really bad moss issues and it could not be anymore perfect. The guy who showed up was earlier than expected, very professional, and went above and beyond. Even washed the siding and organized my sticks in the backyard. Would recommend them to anyone! Do not hesitate to use this company! Everyone I spoke with (scheduler, tech, owner) was fantastic and very professional. I hired them to wash my roof, soffits & gutters. The tech did a great job and he even washed the siding and windows. The owner did a quality control check and came back the next day to touch up a couple of things to bring it up to his standards. I was extremely impressed with this company and plan on using them in the future for the additional services they offer.

I contacted CNY Roofing Co because the home I moved into had significant moss and debris on the roof that probably had never been tended to in 15-20 years. The technicians spent 4 hours spraying and cleaning the roof and then the surrounding area. They checked the shingles and even cleaned the gutters which was not in their contract. It looks like I have a new roof and their work carries a 2-year guarantee. They were very pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this Company for anyone with roof and gutter issues. I am totally pleased with the work that CNY Roof Cleaners performed for me. From my initial outreach to them for information, to completion of the job, they were both professional and timely in terms of updates and providing additional information, including an estimate of the work.The weather necessitated rescheduling the work and their team kept me posted on a regular basis as they looked for additional opportunities when the weather would be more conducive. Once they arrived at the site, the technician made a specific recommendation about how they should proceed with the work at this particular site and I am so glad that I took his recommendation. The outcome is fantastic!They did outstanding work and the roof is far cleaner than I ever could have imagined. Moreover, they completed the work efficiently and left the area clean and tidy--all this while I was at work. I returned home to a beautifully clean roof. I would definitely use this company again.

Mostly a good experience. The technician who came to our house was excellent. He went above and beyond my expectations and was very professional and knowledgeable! Unfortunately, he didn't have all of the gear he needed to reach our highest gutter because his office didn't ask the necessary questions for him to know he would need a 3 story ladder. So the job is somewhat incomplete. Im hoping they can come back at some point and finish the job. Also, the original estimate was more than $100 lower than the invoice, so that's disappointing. Very happy with our technician! Got some work to do with logistics and pricing.

Riley was great and did an excellent job.Have used this service twice now to clean out my gutters prior to winter. Both times the scheduling has been a bit loosey-goosey (they'll schedule a day then show up without much forewarning a week or two later) but that does make sense given it'd be easier to do these jobs when the weather is ideal, and it hasn't been an issue for me.Only hiccup was I never received the original invoice this time and had to play telephone tag with billing to take care of it.

We moved into our house in November and had a roof inspection prior to closing. The roof had some moss and streaks on it, so they recommended a thorough cleaning in the spring to preserve the roof. The exterior walls of our house also had a lot of dirt and grime on them. We booked CNY Roof Cleaners for the premium package of roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and house washing. We could not be more pleased with how our house looks now! Our technician, Paul, did such a great job that our neighbors asked him to work on their roof as well.
