We called them to schedule an insurance estimate and after three days of not hearing from them we called them back to see what they found out and they said that they forgot to write us down in their schedule. Then after a few more days we asked our tenants if they had seen any roofers at the home because they were supposed to come and look and give us a call with a rough estimate. The tenants said they can’t out and just made a comment of “that’s a lot of work, i doubt the home owner is gonna wanna pay us what that will cost.” What kind of roofing company says that? They didn’t even call us to give us an estimate or ask us what our budget was in the first place. We will be using another company for sure!!

I had 2 shingles missing from a wind storm. Shane came out the next day to assess the situation, and came back 2 days later to fix it. Extremely professional.

he receive the call and come tomorrow to look at it but never come back again my roof is leaking and had a big problem .his tomorrow never comes.
