Amazing experience with Jim and Brian and the team. Jim is the owner and a fantastic person to work with. Very flexible and easy to get in contact with. Brian was awesome who led the project for our bedroom remodel. We turned our second bedroom into a den with a Murphy bed for guests. We went to the 2022 Home Show at the Fairgrounds. We talked to every contractor at the show about replacing our posts and rails on our front porch. Jim Keller is the only contractor that called us back. The work needed to be done in 2 steps as the old posts and railings needed to be removed and the porch roof needed to be supported. After the porch floor was resurfaced, Jim's crew came back and installed the new posts and rails. It was not an easy install as the posts needed to be retrofitted into our existing porch ceiling. We are extremely happy with the porch. The crew was excellent. They were professional, friendly and cared about the work they were doing. We also appreciated how they cleaned up the yard after they were done. We will definitely call Jim when we need work on our house. 5 stars for Jim and his crew!!Service: Exterior structural repairs

I used JK Contracting to turn my attic into a master suite. The owner, Jim, came to my home multiple times to discuss planning and the quote before we agreed to work together. Once we decided to move forward, Jim and his team were extremely professional and worked very quickly as well. I could not be happier with the way the bedroom turned out, it was exactly what I was looking for. The two guys who were the main guys on my project (Jim & Scott) were so friendly and explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. I really enjoyed working with them. They also cleaned up really thoroughly every night before leaving. Jim and his crew are fantastic. They've done multiple remodels for me and they do a great job at making me feel less overwhelmed by complex projects. Jim and his team do a great job at making sure you're satisfied with the results, and if something goes wrong, they're honest and will make it right.Scheduling was a bit hit-or-miss for my projects due to their complexity and many moving parts, but that was likely only due to my projects taking place during the pandemic and a lot of unforeseen issues that appeared due to the age of my house. With those things considered, it was amazing that Jim was able to make the projects go as smooth as they did. Now that things have settled down and the supply chain is more stable, the scheduling is likely even better than it was when I used this company.JK is definitely a great choice of General Contractor for anyone feeling overwhelmed and stressed at the thought of home renovations, and concerned about getting taken advantage of.Services: General construction, Bathroom remodeling

After a failed DIY attempt at a bathroom remodel, my husband and I reached out to Jim to get our bathroom back in order. Due to some fortunate scheduling, they were able to squeeze us in right away between projects and get things completed for us in a week! Vernon and Sean were at our house each morning at 7AM, ready to work and with plenty of jokes - having them around was entertaining and their work was great. They took the time to get to know us over the week and we are looking forward to having them back for our next project. We had a roof, siding, windows and doors replaced. The workers were on time and very professional, even clean up the area each night before they left. Explained what they were doing so we could understand, very knowledgeable. We also had a room added to make a bedroom with bathroom on our first floor. The room snd closet are better than we expected. A front porch was added to our home and it’s amazing. Everyone of the workers worked hard to make sure everything was done the way we wanted. We are planning more improvements for next year. Definitely using JK Contracting Services again. Wish we could give the more than five stars. Great job guys, see you next spring for more home improvements. 👍🏻👍🏻

Jim keeps in touch, easy to get a hold for any questions or requests. Work is good, price is fair. I would use him again.The concrete contractors used by JK ruined the siding 3 feet up on my house with concrete splatter in all locations where concrete was poured. Sloppy work. Be sure to ask any concrete contactor to protect siding if being poured next to your house.
