I just finished having my new roof installed by Melo Roofing and couldn't be happier with experience. All aspects of the company are top notch, from the office staff, estimators, supervisors and especially the installers. My property was well cared for and left meticulously clean. Their prices are very competitive and only use high quality materials. I even had gutter guards installed, which I also highly recommend if you have a lot of trees like me. We had a great experience with Melo. We signed on after a thorough inspection from their representative. He explained products, experience and company values in detail. We appreciate that Melo is a veteran owned company. They coordinated with us around a chimney repair and weather delays. Crew worked non-stop and efficiently and manager was on sight to supervise and answer our questions! This company was very good to do business with. The estimator came out at our scheduled time and did a very thorough examination of our roof and attic space. He took pictures and gave a very understandable explanation of the estimate. The crew that came out arrived when they were expected and got right to work. Their boss, Patrick was on site most of the time. He only left to get another dumpster. All my questions were answered and any changes were discussed with me immediately. My yard was left very clean, you would never know they were here. My new roof looks great!

From start to finish, Melo roofing was an outstanding experience. The rep who came to our house to give us a quote was personable and knowledgable about the products offered.The communication on install day was truly remarkable. We were fortunate enough to have Jena Hamilton as our on site project coordinator, we were kept updated on every part of the install and she was very happy to answer all of our questions as the project was worked on, making the install run seamlessly. She was able to expedite the process of repair when the team had to deal with some unforeseen roof repairs after the old shingles came off.Melo roofing has an awesome app to facilitate communication and that was kept updated throughout the day. It was really a bonus to have a point person like Jena to contact with any questions. Cleanup was excellent , our yard was left spotless. Highly recommend Melo Roofing!

What an impressive operation. From initial sales call through final walk through and payment, the experience was professional and customer focused. Communication was excellent, the crew was efficient, respectful and incredibly competent.. After working a 14 hr day, they were back at 7a the next morning to do a final clean up combing the grass for any debris left behind. If you need a new roof, call Melo, you won’t be disappointed!

I was very happy with my experience from the beginning to end. The came right out to estimate the work needed, then followed up with getting the job done. The office made multiple phone calls and texts to help the process move along. The crew arrived early, placed drop sheets down, removed old shingles and debris that came off the roof. The installation went quickly as did the cleanup. Everyone knew what they were doing and did their job well. I would highly recommend them to all.

Easy process from quote to installation. Professional team, on time and a one day installation. They had to fix several spots of ply wood and some custom 2x6” that were decorative to the roof line but needed to be replaced to stop potential leaking into the attic. We went with the more robust boots and it makes a difference. The roof great too!!!!

When we bought our home 3 years ago we new we needed to replace the roof within a few years. We had a few spots that were leaking, which we found out was due to improper work on the flashing and garage. We ended up getting three quotes, Melo, The Roofing Guys, and Erie Metal Roofing. After being pressured into a contract by another company I felt anxious and reached out to Elijah because I had more questions. I was expecting a call from the company we signed a contract with but instead received a phone call immediately from Elijah. I took this as a sign that they were the best company for the job. I felt comfortable with Elijah and he was honest and easy to talk to. Additionally he did not pressure us once to make a decision. He talked us through all the options in the contract and we came to a mutually agreed price and warranty. We canceled the previously signed contract and signed with Melo. They have this transparent marketing where they take photos for you of the progress, which makes you feel more comfortable. Additionally they came in as the best price for the most work (a complete redo). I had an important party in July and despite being behind because of weather they squeezed us in on Fathers Day weekend. The workers were efficient and everything was left cleaned. Elijah stopped by multiple times to check the work and make sure everything was done correctly. When there was a mistake with the color flashing that was choose, it was corrected and replaced the following day. I would highly recommend Melo roofing to anyone looking to get their roof worked on or replaced. They were professional, trustworthy, punctual, responsive to any question and concerns, and provided good quality for a great value! We chose Melo Roofing to perform the work on our roof and we couldn't be more satisfied with the results.Elijah initially came to our home to provide assistance with a stump I was removing from our front yard, and within the same day he provided an estimate for the roof per our request.Our roof was in terrible condition. We were informed it would last 5 years by another contractor, but I am glad we did not hold off another winter. There were 3 layers of shingles, and underneath many holes existed within the plywood.Elijah and his team worked diligently through the day to complete the full demolition of the old roof, and installation of the new. Elijah kept me informed about everything throughout the entire process. The place was spotless.Elijah and his team replaced 26 sheets of plywood, and replaced a completely wet and warped fascia board on the back porch during the project.We would highly recommend Melo Roofing for all of your roofing needs.Their response, and attention to detail is exceptional.Their customer service is top notch.

Our roof had slowly been deteriorating since we bought the house. This spring we had a leak and needed some help patching it. The crew swung by our house that day and fixed everything extremely quickly. It was a life saver.While he was on the roof, Elijah took some photos to show us the problems were far greater than we knew. It was clear we needed an entire new roof.By that time we were in the heart of the COVID crisis and Melo Roofing was not considered an essential business and therefore unable to install the roof. That didn't stop Elijah and his team from getting us set up virtually. They were quick to respond to questions and walk us through the choices. They dropped off whatever we needed without having any physical contact. When they were able to resume work, they got us into their schedule very quickly.When it came time for them to do the roof it was completely painless. They were professional, careful and considerate. Our neighbors not only complimented us on the new roof but made a point to tell us how "legit" the workers were. They took care to clean the mess and did not disturb anyone or anything in the process. The entire experience, from start to finish, was extremely easy and the roof looks AMAZING. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Melo Roofing and highly recommend them to our friends and family!
