Went through Trademark to have my basement redone after water damage occurred and have a shower added to my half-bath. Trademark was fantastic to work with, was always friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Also when unforeseen issues arose that needed to be rectified, they were very understanding of our concerns, budget and worked with us to make sure the issues were solved. The quality of their work is outstanding and we are very happy we went with Trademark.

We hired trademark to do siding on our short/mid term rental property. After expressing our concerns on timing (as we preferred to work around tenant move ins due to the short term nature of stays), we made our down payment in April, after being assured they could have the project done in August when our current tenant moved out as we were the first on the schedule for that month. Once August came around, it took numerous calls to get a status of when the project would be started. Phone calls resulted in us being told what day they would be there, followed by repeated no shows (and no communication when they weren’t there). Once the siding was started, it took a month for everything to be completed, (house is less than 2,000 sf and we were told job would take a week). Everything was completed at the end of October. Although we are happy with the final product, the company was incredibly difficult to work with. In addition to poor communication, an employee took a drill and battery from our house (confirmed by trademark) - which again took multiple calls over the course of a couple months to get back (they did end up buying a new one). We later found out from our tenants that they caulked all the windows shut, which they ended up calling trademark to getting fixed for us.

After a rain, hail storm came through while they were working on our roof, we ended up with water damage inside the house, mainly in our bathroom and bedroom. We understand things happen and tried to be understanding. We did become very frustrated as management said they'd fix everything, however we never thought it would take 13 weeks! Those who came to work to repair ceilings, paint, and replace floors did a nice job. The management was difficult to work with. We'd have to call to find out when someone was coming to work.Often times we'd call and couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full or after leaving 6 messages for the owner at his office number, we never got a call back. They'd tell us someone would be at our house at a certain time and they wouldn't show. We were told flooring would take a day, it took 3. Lots of excuses.Services: Paint indoors, Roof installation

Highly recommend Trade-Mark construction for any home project! We hired this company to remodel/finish our basement, along with replacement of our roof this past spring. The owner, Jon, is extremely easy to work with and knowledgeable. Just from a 30 minute assessment in our basement, he was able to design our plan/style on how the space would work best for our family, and within our budget. Jon has great eye for design and a huge reference for his clients. Each and every one of his hired crew were friendly, respectful and timely. As a woman with small children, I felt comfortable being at home during the renovation, which is a huge relief in this day in age. If there was something that we didn't care for, Jon was happy to address the problem, and it was fixed shortly after. Shout-out to Bob the carpenter, whose craftsmanship really made our basement one-of-a-kind. Also, Andrew, who is a "Jack of all trades." We had extensive remodeling of an older home done by Trade-Mark Construction, including the conversion of attic space into an office and a significant demo and renovation of our entertainment room. We had our own vision for how a lot of the project would come out looking, and Trade-Mark was able to design custom builds that brought that vision to life! In addition to the knowledge and responsiveness the crew showed throughout the process, they were also all genuinely kind people who we looked forward to seeing each day and discussing the project with.Overall, we could not be happier with the finished product! The work done made our home look and feel new, and it increased the functionality & livability tenfold!! The combination of quality work and customer service make Trade-Mark easy to recommend!!!

I wanted to have some contacting work done. I worked with Eric at the office. I was stood up 2x, I had to call to reschedule and ask them to come back out. In addition, whey they came out they made me feel as if i lived in a shack and named all the issues but no solutions. They stated that they would get some paperwork for me. Never called back. I called back asking about paperwork quotes and in a round about way they said they were not able to take on the project as they dont have time. This could have all been avoided if they would have said this in the begging. Very professional and the time wasted i cannot get back.

I originally had Trademark come out to give me an estimate on a new deck. I had a couple friends who were happy with their work. The owner, Jon, was very professional and was open and honest about our project. He had a lot of great suggestions and spent a lot of time discussing our different options when he came to the house. While he was here, we learned that his company also paints kitchen cabinets. We hired him on the spot and couldn’t be happier with our new cabinets. The kitchen looks great! We can’t wait for him to start our deck!

Trade-Mark Construction just completed a major job for me which included a full kitchen remodel, hardwood floors on the entire first floor and up the stairs, a half-bath remodel, sanding and painting the ceilings, painting the entire first floor and new LED lighting, I was very pleased with ALL the work they did. Jon is a great guy to work with. He coordinated all of his people and the timing of the project went smoothly. Each person who came into my house to do a job was professional, prompt, friendly, patient, and very good at what they do. They answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. Trade-Mark Construction did some major remodeling in my home and every last detail turned out perfectly. I pay a lot of attention to detail and to be honest I am VERY hard to please. Jon made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted it down to the very last detail. We get compliments on his work from everyone that comes over and neighbors actually made a point to come over and comment on how nice our new exterior paint looked. There were multiple jobs inside my home that were CUSTOM done. Jon and his crew literally took drawings I had made and built my vision. He was also able to have his crew install central air in my home which has hot water heat and previously had no forced air. I had been told by other contractors that it was pretty much impossible and thanks to Jon and his crew we throughly enjoyed staying cool this summer! We were extremely pleased with the outcome of the tile installation of our family room and kitchen.Estimator Tim was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way.Bob was meticulous with the layout of the tile and did a beautiful job installing the tile and Will completed the job with the grout work, neat as a pin. The job took a little longer than expected but the end result was even better than we anticipated. Can't say enough!

We had a wind storm in Rome October 2020. I had shingles come off my roof that is only 5 years old. I called Trademark and they were there the next day and completed my damaged portion of the roof. I could not believe they were able to do it the next day. The communication from Jon was top notch. He kept me in the loop during the entire process. My husband and I need to replace the siding on our home and plan to do it in the Spring with Jon and his crew. Thank you again!

On August 19,2021 our area got estimates as high as 7 inches of rain. My sump pump was overwhelmed and I ended up with 6 inches of water in my basement. I tried all the "Big Companies". They were overwhelmed by 7:00 am -A friend of mine gave me Jon Angarano's phone number, owner of TradeMark Construction Company. By 9:00 am he had a crew with pumps, water mitigation devices and a crew of very polite, ambitious workers that help us avoid thousands of dollars greater loss. Trademark dried out our flooded cellar and moved many of my wife's most valuable decorations and memorabilia into our garage and a POD where items could be evaluated. His carpenters replaced damaged wood work, replaced floors that only a picky person like myself could be satisfied with. I would highly recommend Trademark for any work you need in the construction/reconstruction trades.

Love this company! They have done everything for my house from fixing and preventing a flood issue, to siding my house after a tree fell on it, plumbing, electrical, fixing my deck, etc! Trade mark was so great had a water damage in my home water heater broke within two hours 1am trademark was there drying my house out and pulling out flooring that was wet they even met with the insurence company and helped me get the claim and have it all settled. They showed up fast when my basement flooded due to sump pump failure. The water was removed quickly and they came back often to check the moisture levels in the wood and sheet rock. Management was professional and easy to talk to, and listened to my concerns as a customer.

Cheryl was right there when the fire was going on. I have no idea what her last name is. Made my parents sign a contract with her before the fire company left. She made a promise to have it restored in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came by and all that got done was rugs pulled. Please fire her and get someone with more knowledge at what they are doing.

I can't comment on their work because after 2+ months I can't get a quote or someone to respond with a date when I will receive an estimate. When they do answer the phone, response is "they are working on it and they're behind". It's been since June 22nd. I'm also busy with work, but I respond within a day or two.I can respect that you are that busy with construction work, then say you can't accept or quote anymore work until 2023.
