Precision Painting was very responsive to my inquiry. The Site Manager walked the property inspecting the house and discussed his recommendations while being sure to understand my expectations.Although the unforeseen bad weather interrupted the timing the painters were on the job every day possible. The site was left spotless daily and all bushes, windows etc were covered. The devil is in the details, Precision made sure that every hole in the aluminum siding was filled and sanded to make it the best job possible. They carefully followed my directions regarding the color scheme. Before final payment performed an inspection with owner and made sure any necessary touch ups were completed.Management and painters were all very professional, friendly, and cooperative.Totally satisfied with the finished product and would recommend them.

We were recommended Precision Painting Plus of Westchester by a friend who lives in CT. We were so impressed! I would highly recommend PPP of Westchester to anyone. We had interior painting done of walls, ceilings, trim, and stairs. The rooms we had painted were the kitchen, living room, dining room, children's bedroom, hallways, and a staircase. Our home also has beams and a lot of trim work. We were given expert advice as well as 13 different samples applied to the walls for us to choose from (after looking at hundreds online). The workers covered and protected all our belongings and moved all our furniture so that painting could take place and put everything back. Along the way they also gave us their input and opinions on which colors to use for beams and were were grateful that they shared those with us. All the workers were so professional and friendly. It was great having them in our home and for the project. If we ever need more painting done to additional spaces, we will call PPP of Westchester!

Ken managed a portion of our apartment renovation. Ken's portion of the work was surprisingly successful. He had very good subcontractors. We did floors, trim work, and painting.Prior to signing Ken up for the job, I've interviewed several contractors, and his bid was neither the lowest nor highest...Overall, my impression of precision painting plus was very positive. For a construction service in the New York area, they offer above standard service and professionalism (hence the five stars).I've had them re-bid as the scope of the work changed for my project due to insurance issues; so I was glad to be able to finally retain them and that they were able to accommodate my "small job" within their schedule.Thank you Ken (& precision) Hopefully i will have your team do more work in the future

Entire exterior of house was scrapped, powerwashed, primed and painted. Shutters we're painted and replaced if necessary. Painters were very nice, arrived promptly each morning and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. Sadly, I did not have a good experience with this company. I hired them to do interior painting in the main space of my apartment. The day they arrived to begin work was my first indication that something was off. When I informed them about what I had originally discussed with Ken which included stripping down and repainting the balcony door-they looked at me in bewilderment. The painter didn't even know what that meant-the foreman had to explain the process to him. Before the painting was even complete, the foreman was harassing me for final payment and asked when I could have the check ready. They hadn't even completed the job, nor did the foreman come to inspect any of the work. When they finally did "complete" the job they left a big patch the length of the ceiling-not sanded. It looked awful-when I called they said they would send someone back to fix it and the reason why it was left that way is because they don't handle cracks that are over a certain size? This was a small crack & if they could't handle that then they shouldn't have taken the job. When the painter came back I also pointed out a number of other issues like a big smear of grey paint on the white ceiling and a big lump of compound that was left on the wall. He was annoyed that I wanted these things fixed. The entire job was very sloppy and unprofessional. They did a lousy job covering the furniture and there was dust everywhere, along with paint splatters on my brand new couch and all over the floor. I paid a lot of money for this job and I just had to hire another company who is coming to fix Precision Painting Plus' work. Extremely disappointed.Services: Door painting, Interior painting

Booked an appointment and drove up from Brooklyn to meet the estimator at my new house in Harrison. I called 10 mins after the appointed time and he said he was with another client and would call me back. Waited for another 20 mins and then I left. He called 25 mins later and said he was 15 mins away. I said don't bother because I'm planning to find someone else. What a waste of a day and a 1/4 tank of gas. Not too difficult to show up on time. Even easier to call and say you're running behind. The best companies usually figure out how to get there when they say they would. Especially for a sale.
