The service department did an excellent job of helping me pick out the right tires for my new GMC Canyon SLT and helping me achieve the trucks appearance that I was going after. When the tires did come in (The next day). They actually took me in as a walk in and installed them right away. The service team at Christopher's is quick, professional, David Fleming the Service Department customer service representative that handled the transaction.... Went to every extent to get every discount he could on the high end tires. That extra effort alone saved me a little over $270.00. Once again I left very happy with their service team!

Once again I’m not only compelled to write another negative post about Christopher’s Chevrolet in Ticonderoga I’m feeling forced to do this weekly now to persuade people not to go here. As I initially wrote on my first review I spent 3700 dollars to fix a check engine light. I picked my car up in a Sunday when I started my car the check engine light was still on but now there was a delay in my ignition as well and being a Sunday couldn’t talk to anyone about it. I called them back, it took two weeks to get it back, then they charged me another 800 dollars which actually did seem to fix the issue. Then, after a few days my low engine oil light came on. When I got out to investigate there was oil all over my right wheel well. It cost me 400 plus dollars to have it towed back to Christopher’s. I was then told it would cost me another 3500 dollars to fix. I stayed patient and attempted to work with them still, however after six weeks of getting the run around I realized I was getting completely screwed by this place I’ve been loyal to for far to long so I wrote a very accurate review of what happened. This place knows I couldn’t drive it off the lot so what have they been doing the last month while I’ve been desperately trying to work this out ?! Charging me 700 dollars in fees because I can’t afford to get my car nor do I even know what to do with it at this point. I also bought my sons car around the same time as I was attempting to fix mine to give THEM my business. The muffler has almost completely fallen off but of course that can’t be their fault neither. This has been life altering and completely devastating for what I once thought was a legit business and defended against others who went through what I’m going through, I have now came to to the conclusion that they are frauds ! This should never happen to ANYONE but Christopher’s is seemingly gleefully doing this to me and my son. As I’ve stated do not bring your vehicle to this place If they will do this to me they will absolutely do it to you ! How disheartening I even have to write something like this as it brings me no pleasure at all to write something this negative about a local business yet I feel I have no choice in sparing others as to what I’m still currently going through with Christopher’s. I was warned now I’m warning everyone else do not take your vehicles here ! It will cost you more than you know and they don’t care one bit !

The overall experience was a good one but with a few notable flaws. First off major props to Fran, he was very understanding and extremely helpful in helping me find a car that would fit my budget doing his best to find a very good fit. The sale was a near perfect experience but the two main drawbacks I had were with the quality of the experience, the car was not fully cleaned inside, a massive mess of crushed debris was in the glove box making a large mess on top of having a severe mechanical issue with the rear break which was clearly overlooked. But thankfully it was covered properly and they were very helpful with fixing the previous errors. In the end I am still very pleased with my overall experience and I'm very happy with my new ride and will be letting others know exactly where to get their next car, and which salesman to go to.

Super simple quick and easy. Stopped in shared with the dealer the truck I wanted. They held it over the weekend, and when I returned on Monday the process was painless.

Initial interaction was fine last June. But I went to my back to try to refinance my car and this dealership OVERCHARGED me 8k. I bought the car at almost 20k. I owe 17k left and my bank has informed me my car isn't even worth 12k. This dealerahip has willingly taken advantage of the fact I'm a young woman and put me more into debt than i had anticipated. Don't waste your time.

Justin was my salesmen over the phone. We made a deal and he got what I wanted. He said when can u stop n sign papers. I said I can't till sat my wife works evenings. He said hold on, comes back and says how about I deliver it and we can sign papers at your house. I said are you sure I'm 2 hrs away. He said no prob and got it same day. If that's not the best service ever I don't know what is. Thank you everyone at Christopher Chevrolet. Wonderful experience!!

Fran was amazing. He came out to see what vehicles we were looking at and told us so much information about the Trailblazer I was looking at. He helped us through the test drive and got us a great deal. Fran was also great with my 3 year old being there for most of the day. In the end I came home with my new 2022 Trailblazer the same day. It was a great day! Thank you so much.

I CANNOT OVERSTATE how COMPLETELY SATISFIED I am with the service I received from the staff at Christopher Chevrolet in Ticonderoga. Service Manager Bruce Worth and his team could not have done more to assist me with my issues. Bruce went out of his way to help me, including sending one of his staff twice to my home to assist me. The result was that in total, I bought four new tires as well as a replacement spare from the dealership.I discovered Christopher Chevrolet several years ago when I had a service issue that needed a quick resolution and was pleased with the assistance I received. Since that time, Christopher Chevrolet has received all my auto service business. You will not find a more professional or friendly service department in the area.

The entire team at Christopher Buick Chevrolet is exceptional. My wife and I found ourselves in a unique situation with a brand new (2022 model year) car to trade in and conditions were tough in our local New Jersey market given the supply chain crisis and Hurricane Ida having destroyed a lot of new and used vehicles. Joe Tucker was the salesman I got a hold of about a unique off-lease vehicle he had on the lot, and I couldn’t have gotten luckier. Joe was thoughtful, timely and responsive as we worked out a deal across state lines that was fair for my wife and I, and even included having our new Chevy driven down from his dealership about 4 hours to my home and for him to drive my trade-in back to New York. His team included a ceramic coating and a few other perks on the vehicle as well because only the best vehicles come off their lot and are in the best condition possible.I can’t say this about most customer service experiences I’ve had in 2021, but Joe Tucker and the Christopher Buick Chevrolet team were a downright pleasure to work with. I will make the trip in person myself to buy my next car here and recommend you do too!

I woke up to a dead battery in my 2020 Regal Sportback. One phone call to the service department and Bruce was right on it. My warranty covered the cost of a new battery. By the end of the day, the battery was replaced and the car was washed. Bruce, David and everyone in the service department consistently provide excellent service!

My previous truck broke down on a Monday. I went to the Ti Chevy dealership that Wednesday. They located the truck and had delivered the New 2022 Silverado I wanted.
