In the past ten years I have had V Brooks do an emergency storm repair to the roof on my house and then from Hurricane Sandy I had roof damage on a barn that he did storm repairs to. I also recently had a standing seam roof applied to a different barn. I have always found the proprietor courteous and understanding of my budgeting needs. As I have gotten older, I can not work on roofs myself any longer and appreciate his attention to detail and clean up as well.

The owner showed up for an estimate, as he said he would. Then called me to insult the other work that was done to my home and passed on the job. As a high end contractor myself, I can understand passing on a job, but I draw the line at insulting someones home.
