Shawn was brilliant right from our first interaction. He made me comfortable about not being physically present at the time of inspection (I live 4 hrs away) and also guided me on the various tests to be performed. He was very patient in dealing with various scheduling issues and professional throughout.After the inspection Shawn spent over 30 mins walking me through his findings, the red flags as well as maintenance items to keep a track of. I called last minute to get a home inspection done and Shawn was able to get into the home this past Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He provided me with a thorough and honest report. I am a first time home buyer and he talked/walked me through everything and advised me on what to do. For example, I needed to get a plumber in the house to give me an estimate regarding some serious issues found and he gave me a number to call and the plumber was there within the hour.
