Completely renovated one of my entire homes in North Jersey. He replaced the entire roof and brick around the chimney, replaced the entire brick, facing on the front of the home, and replaced 23 windows. This probably increased the value of the home $400,000.00. The work he did was remarkable, and he did not leave the job until everything was complete to my satisfaction. He is passionate about his work, pays attention to detail and takes no shortcuts. I highly recommend them for any job. Speak with Adelo as he is the best.

As a landlord, I was considering them for a couple of sites for window install. However, I did not like the experience.I went through a local lowes as they are a 3rd party vendor, to start a project at my first site.Well unfortunately, they provided a window of 2 hours but showed up 4 hours later.When I began to try and inquire, I was told traffic set them back and they will be 20 to 30 minutes late.Then I was told lowes held them back because they could not locate the material.When I call Lowe’s, their response was Gemelo’s is at fault and I should reach out to them for accommodation since they did not show up to the store until late past their scheduled window.I had an appointment later that day but also needed the install completed as the apartment is set to be rented the following week.Needless to say I missed my appointment.I followed up with Gemelo’s. They stated lowes was at fault as there was an issue with material.I called Lowe’s. They stated Gemelo’s was at fault.In other words, to the customer the usual run around. I was so irate that neither Lowes or Gemelo’s wanted to claim responsibility. I filed a complaint with lowes as well through their corporate division.This is the type of business dealing I hate. Never had the vendor call me to let me know they were running late. I had to call both lowes and Gemelo’s just to get an answer with neither party reaching out. Nor is either party wanting to claim responsibility or inclined to satisfy the customer.Be careful and be wary unless you want a headache.

This company was recommended by Lowe’s for a shower door installation. The job they performed was horrible. They installed the wall jams in the wrong place so water would come out every time you took a shower. Every time you would complain to Lowe’s they would call you and tell you they were waiting on a part. Almost a year later Lowe’s refunded the installation charge. You guessed it, never heard from Germelos again and the shower door was never installed properly. Best advice, stay away, get someone else.

Measurements were wrong. The installation done fell apart the next day. Horrible customer service from start to the appalling end. I do not recommend this company.
