Was originally scheduled for a morning appointment but something came up. I called and was rescheduled for that same evening which was awesome! Our serviceman Byron called 40 minutes before arrival which was nice. He arrived at the time he stayed on the phone and promptly went to work. I believe the service was around 2 1/2 hours for a 1550 sq ft home. My husband said I wouldn’t have wanted to see what was in the vents but we were probably close to a house fire so I’ll take his word for it. I also want to mention that I contacted this company in November of 2023 for a quote and was given and amazing rate however the holidays came quickly and a lot of school events since then so I hadn’t had time to schedule. I reached back out at the end of February and was told they would honor the quote from November!! That was incredible customer service in my opinion.. the price was too good to pass up. We desperately needed the service but others were quoting way out of our budget. I’m thankful I found Lowe’s and I’m glad they honor their prices! Excellent company and great service!

Lowe’s duct cleaning provided great service and did an amazing job- I would highly recommend them.. The crew provided before and after pictures- I never knew how gross my ducts were. The crew was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend them. Also, there were no hidden fees or attempts at up charging - the price advertised was the price- something I appreciate.

Very impressed with the recent Dryer duct cleaning we had done. Called a couple other companies initially and they wouldn't do it because the dryer duct was too high. Oswaldo came out and was very professional and personable. He showed me before and after picture of the work. Would highly recommend Lowes Air Duct cleaning for any work. I will use them again for sure.

Javier and his partner were very polite and hard working. They came when a bad storm was rolling in and they remained thorough and didn’t rush the job even being sure to not track a drop of water in as they ran in and out to the truck. They were in the backyard cleaning the dryer vent in the pouring rain with no complaints. 10/10 service and the air in our house feels cleaner and smoother already.

This company is the BEST in Air Duct Cleaning! I would not use other company. The work is stellar. Excellent before and after pictures and great price. Instantly my air is so much better! Juan was extremely capable, with no fuss at all, he completed the job in about 2 hours, and he was super attentive in warning us every time with walked around the cables, he didn't want us to get hurt. They quoted a price in the phone and that was the price we paid, no hidden fees. Today I don't have my usual allergy that always hits me when I wake up. We called Lowe's after getting a recommendation from a neighbor and were incredibly pleased by the professionalism and quality of the work they did. The technician that visited us was a man named Alex, very courteous and completed the job quickly and showed us before/after photos as well as explaining everything he was going to do along the way and pausing to answer any questions.We will definitely use them again - highly recommend.

Reasonable transparent costs, easy scheduling and good communication leading all the way up to the appointment. Tech was on time and professional. He explained the air duct cleaning process and did a great job. Took one star off because several rooms had debris from the duct cleaning that was not cleaned up. I am extremely pleased with the services provided by the cleaning team. From the moment I scheduled the appointment until the completion of the job, they displayed a high level of professionalism and friendliness. Despite living in my home for three years, I had been unable to get my vents cleaned until now, and I have no idea when they were last cleaned. However, I was amazed to find that the day after the cleaning, I woke up without any noise irritation. This is a significant improvement, as I typically expect to wake up with noise irritation. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend their services. We are grateful.

The experience that I had with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning was nothing short of 10 Stars. I have been burned by other companies who either did not show up to do a job; took a deposit and then delayed on doing the job; and just doing a rush, half job. I schedule Lowe's based on customer review; It was the best decision that I have made, quality customer service, and the best quality work that I EVER received. My wife & i were extremely impressed with the performance of the employees of Lowes Air Duct Cleaning & in the manor of which the work was performed. They vacuumed the duct work made sure to prep & clean all areas once there were finished. Then we had the system AEROSEALED they they walked us through the entire procedure & did a wonderful job the difference went from a 250 leak percentage in the ductwork to a 25. The airflow difference is amazing & will help with heating & cooling our home along with lowering our electric bill. We would recommend them all day. 5 stars across the board.greatly appreciate everything

I called around to a few places and this was the first to a) answer their phone and b) offer a flat rate package that was *really* flat rate. Very reasonable for something that only has to be done every 3 years. Oswaldo and his assistant texted me and called to let me know their ETA. They were polite, efficient, quiet and did a very nice job. I work from home and did not find the process disruptive at all. The house smelled *marvelous* when they were done. I highly recommend them!

Not sure who took our call to set the appt but the good experience started there with a educated assessment of what we needed, and an appt was only out 2 days! Alex was our tech and he was amazing--super efficient, detailed work. Super communicative---job was done in less than 4 hours. We had a major flood and repairs in the club basement and the reconstruction added tons of dust---Lowes of Towson left it 100% corrected. No reason to ever go elsewhere

Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning did a wonderful job cleaning my house ducts. Jose Medina, who did the work, was very careful and detailed while doing the duct cleaning. he went to all vent opening staring from top floor bedrooms, removing furniture, cleaning the vent covers and cleaning all the vent ducts. He completed all ducts from top floor, main floor and basement in about 4 hours. Wonderful job, Jose Medina and I recommend him for Lowe's Air duct cleaning services.

They did a good job by methodically cleaning the ducts of our AC system which was long due. At every step of the way pictures were taken to show the condition of the ducts prior and post cleaning. I am very happy about the work done.

Last year was the first time using Lowe’s to clean out our air ducts and dryer vent. They came highly recommended from a neighbor. We live in a newly constructed condo and wanted to have any construction debris removed from our vents. Lowe’s did a wonderful job. We called to have a dryer vent cleaned again since it very close to the roof. Lowe’s came yesterday and remove a ton of lint that had gathered in the vent. Great service. They send reminders, call before coming and never leave a mess.
