I purchased the lumber for my garage addition. Competitive prices! Sean was great to work with and he made it easy to add a few last minute items. Their delivery was fantastic, inexpensive and saved me so much time!! A no-brainer!!!

Built a house and bought all Marvin windows and doors from these people. Half of the windows needed to be resealed because they were not properly built. One of our doors (a large expensive French door) would not close properly once installed. It turns out it required special framing but the installation manual does not indicate special framing only typical framing. I went back and forth with them trying to resolve this for 10 months, all the while we were unable to use the door. Finally we had to tear out and reframe the door which cost us as much as the door. Williamson Building supply has done nothing to help resolve this and they are still billing me for the door. I call and email and no one bothers to respond they just keep sending me bills. If you are considering spending $$$ with this company and are expecting them to stand behind your purchase, you might want to consider purchasing elsewhere because in my experience they don’t care.

The staff is helpful and the individual whom loaded my drywall was prompt and careful. If you're fed up with the lack of customer services at big box stores, give them a try.
