I had another company give me an estimate for installing a new roof, their estimate and RJ was a $400 difference. The reason why I went with RK was because RK (Jon) explained the process in detail to every layer being placed, something that the other company did not. Their workers were outstanding in their responsibilities and their site Supervisor (Frank) kept me informed throughout the day. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I found RK at a local home show last year. After comparing quotes from around seven contractors I finally chose RK. They weren't the cheapest; they weren't the most expensive...but their product (Atlas Pinnacle) seemed the best value and they had several beautiful shades of asphalt shingle. Jon from sales wasn't pushy at all, and went out of his way to provide samples and videos and advice. When the day came for installation, Chris and his crew were professional, friendly, and respectful of my home and lawn and flowerbeds. The project went pretty quickly despite weather issues. And the crew did a great job cleaning up each day so it was like they were never there in the evenings, making the process alot less stressful. Finally, my roof looks fantastic, and it has totally upgraded the look of my home. I'd highly recommend RK for anyone looking for a quality roof installation that won't break the bank.Service: Roof installation

I purchased my first home at 27 years old and I needed a roof replacement. My insurance company was giving me an issue but Jon was highly professional and helped me with everything I needed. He was also very responsive and timely to answer any and all questions. Scheduling was just as simple and easy and let me tell you…QUICK! The crew that handled the installation were friendly, professional, fast, and very clean. Not a single nail, old shingle, trash, or damage to be found. The crew leader even told me the old gutters on the house won’t make it through the ice in the winter but not to worry because Jon also does gutters! RK roofing is highly rated for a reason, and I will recommend and refer them to anyone who needs any sort of roofing work done. I’d hire them again myself. Plus they are a local company. End result looks amazing, worth every penny. Great job guys!

Overall, we were very happy with our new roof from RK! We had an issue during the winter and Mr. Romano was very responsive to our issue and was able to fix our roof promptly which prevent further damage. This company did not pull a permit in my town. Now that the Town is involved this company refuses to pull the permit although they were iniolation of town codes. Instead they want me to file the permit for them AND pay for it when they admitted to thier error! They also damaged the property and never fixed it although they said they would!
