Ask the contractor. He knows why I put 1 star. He doesn't deserve any star.Labi berisha is one of the worst contractor I have faced. Did a sloppy job on my fence work, take a job, his workers come late including him. He and his workers smokes and throws cigarette buds in my property and doesn't clean after themselves. In the contract he suppose to do new copper flashing, he didn't do it, chimney cap suppose to give new ones he didn't do it. His men do stone repointing some part didn't cement. He wants me to pay cash. Never give receipts. April 2nd, 2023 signed the 1st contract on repointing stone on chimney and front of the house until today 11/7/23 didn't fulfil the job. I let him know that I have to file a written complaints to Yonkers Consumer Protection. Worst part of it there is no communication by phone, text, Labi takes job, do it half way then go to other job and he keeps you hanging wondering when he will finish the job at my property. He tell all kinds of excuses he is coming, he is coming but never come. I have all the evidence in pictures, videos etc... which I am going to go to Consumer protection office in Yonkers and complaint about this contractor, I called the Yonkers Consumer protection. the office said to me that Binni &Co are not registered with them even Labi too. I recommended 2 of my friends and gave him big project to do. one in Queens and one in Ryder place, Yonkers. my friends told me that Labi never give them receipts that they fully paid until today. including me. very disappointing. He claimed that he did 2 free jobs for me on my property (power wash my house and caulking windows) instead of making my house look nice they destroyed the windows mesh and never came to fix 4 of it still need to be done. Labi was giving me and 2 of my friends nightmare for not finishing up the job. He picks jobs here and there and never finish the job he started with. He promises this that but never fulfill it. I have to be after him all the time . IT'S SO WRONG WHAT HE DOES. MY FRIENDS PAID HIM IN CASH. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HIM.

They leave you with issues and problems and don't come back to fix them. They lack professionalism and customer service. My experience with them has been nothing short of stressful and a waste of money and time. Do not hire them!!
