If I can give them a 0 star review I would. They are a horrible company that does bad work, and when you have a leak that they created, they will not come back and fix it. They are unresponsive and they lie to their customers, saying that they fixed something, even though they did not! I would never use this company again, nor would I encourage anyone as well!

I received quotes and consultations from 4 companies about some water/roof issues (my practice is to cast a wide net, as an entrepreneur), and Salvatore was very clearly the best of the best. First thing I could tell was that it is a family business, which I like. The owners clearly learned the trade before they could even drive, by sheer osmosis. I could tell they care deeply about quality, because they are a part of their family’s legacy. And that quality piece turned out to be true - their teams produce a sterling work product. My roof, siding, window seals, splash guards, all look as crisp as they would have when our home was first built, and no water has permeated since they’ve finished. The work they are doing is that of longevity for a home - whatever problem you had, you won’t have to think about any more for decades. Each and every guy on their work crew really knew what he was doing. My doorbell rang periodically when they wanted to show me any unexpected discovery, and to lay out the options. Each guy in the crew is an expert, and top shelf materials are the only kind in their truck. If you have a water issue, or think something is amiss with your roof, siding, windows, etc - you’ve found the right business to shoulder the concern.

J. Salvatore and sons installed my roof with superior quality and crcraftsmsnship. I have what is called a Mansard roof. It is a flat roof. We fully replaced our roof down to the plywood. Our roof is very high, over 30 feet. The workers were super friendly and courteous. My wife was pregnant at the time and they went out of their way to accommodate her. They dismantled and replaced our roof in one day and did an incredible job. They installed high quality roofing materials and cleaned up the work site inside and out I highly recommend J. There are few things as enjoyable as a rectal examination, having your wisdom teeth pulled, or buying a used car. Though for many, needing to get your roof replaced might come to mind. This is how I felt, until I needed to replace my roof. But thankfully by happenstance, and a lot of research, I contracted with J. Salvatore & Sons. What can I say, they were not only incredibly professional, neat, lived up to all the promises they made, and did an incredible job, they did it all for a very fair price. And after all, isn’t that the Holy Grail?
