TLDR review; Great guy, excellent work!Storytime version: Sunday I realized my walkway and backyard needed some power washing done by Wednesday before a tent was set up for a retirement party that l was hosting on Saturday.I called Dylan Sunday and he made the extra effort and came by, between his other scheduled jobs, on that Tuesday and got the job done.Wonderful guy and definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. As a Yonkers native, love having folks like Dylan around in the community!

In 2022, we bought a house in the middle of winter and the previous owners had not had the gutters cleaned at all. We didn't know this until it rained and it was a complete mess-clogged spouts and water, water everywhere. I reached out to several places trying to get someone to come out and was told repeatedly we only clean gutters through November, sorry, call us in spring. Finally, found PWNM and Dylan. He responded quickly and even though it was outside of when folks usually do this work, he came out on a day at the end of December to clean our gutters. Obviously, still working with him this year and had the gutters cleaned when one usually does such things. If you're looking for quality work, at a fair price with a person you're happy to work with, look no forward.

Dylan is great. I started by asking him to power wash my deck and driveway. His work was so painstakingly careful and meticulous that I extended it to power washing some parts of the house trim and to sealing the driveway. He takes the time to do it right and his prices are reasonable. That he is also responsive and respectful are added bonuses. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Stumbled on these guys when they were across the street at a neighbors house, and glad I did. Had them clean the white vinyl fence that rings my entire property. IT WAS GRIMY! Came out looking like mother of pearl (front & back). Going to use them for more services come spring.
