We hired Creed Garner to completely replace our 20+ year old roof. They came out and did so. I was initially concerned about their work because the shingles looked crooked along the roof line. I called to get help and was basically told to “relax” and that they know what they are doing. They never fixed the shingles. I asked for another roofer to come out and give me a second opinion since Garner wasn’t interested in working with us. The second roofer found a few critical issues - one of them is that various nails were driven into the roof improperly and in a way that would cause leaks in short order. Also, some key piece of material were missing all along the roof line, which when missing decreases the roof life significantly. I’m posting this review so that others steer clear of this company. Getting a new roof is expensive, and I’m just sick to my stomach that a company behave this way. Photos included.Service: Roof installation

I highly recommend Creed & Garner Roofing Co. They replaced my roof in one day and did a super job. The crew was huge but well coordinated and efficient. They did a nice job with cleanup and Cutler came back and followed up personally. It was a great company to work with. They got to my job ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier with the roof. If I could leave zero stars I would. These roofers came out to my aunts house 6 times to fix the same leak on a roof that they installed last year. My aunt is older and they totally took advantage of her age. They do not care if they do good work as long as they get paid. The girls who answer the phones are rude and unprofessional. I can’t urge you enough to use someone else. These people are a nightmare.

I’ve known the Creed family for close to thirty years. Our daughter went to school with Mr. Creed’s son.They replaced our roof just about ten years ago. Still looks really great.Mr. Creed was out here today to address a skylight and took care of it in less than one hour. Couldn’t ask for better service.Great to see them again.

We had a Metal roof installed.Creed & Garner is a great Company, highly recommended!The team was professional, very polite and listened to my wives concern about her surrounding plants, they covered it up and nothing was damaged!The crew cleaned up after work each day and when finished everything was as they found it! Excellent customer service and they had my roof done in 5 HOURS with a crew of a dozen! I was shocked at how quick the installation was, including yard cleanup. Cutler Creed is fantastic to work with. Months before I could afford to start work, I had him assess my roof, and he offered to repair a few minor things, no charge, to help out while I waited for some financing to come through. About a month before I finally was able to confirm moving forward with the new roof, we had a bad rain storm and my roof started leaking again, and I reached out to Cutler for some guidance on how to hold things over for one more month when I could move forward with the replacement. He came over, got on my roof, made some repairs...again, no charge, no paperwork signed at all, he asked for nothing in return. He was just so kind and wanted to help out after hearing my situation. So a few weeks later when I had the finances ready to go, of course I went with Creed and Garner! The final product is perfect, no issues, and beautiful work! If you don't use this company for your next project your crazy. Met with Cutler today for a roof leak that was damaging our ceiling drywall. Explained the situation and he immediately took care of the issue and told me the repair he did was good as full roof repair, and I was good to go. To my surprise only charged for service call. Are you kidding me? How much more honest of a company can C&G be. This day and age to find someone like this is unheard of. Thank you so much for the fast and professional response and work. This company replaced my roof after storm damage. I work in the construction industry and have seen the workmanship of several companies. Creed and Garner are the best by far....just to verify prices I called a second local company ( they never would answer the phone...just voice mail)...and had a contractor friend call the second company since he used them on several homes...Creed and Garner was competitive with their price.Most importantly to me after installation I only found 11 nails that were missed by cleanup crew ,which having done roofing year ago, I considered exceptional.Would I use them again....IN A SPLIT SECOND!!!Service: Roof installation

Creed and Garner completed an inspection on my roof. They found damage and worked with my insurance company for the claim. The claim included interior ceiling issues and gutter downspouts.
