Antonio's crew was in a word AMAZING.They arrived right on time with a crew of about 20. It was like a swarm of worker bees, they went right to work, removed our old roof, replaced with new in about 8 hrs. When they left, you could not tell they had been there. The price was very competitive and they have a nice showroom where you can go to select the perfect shingle and color. Tony was great there. HIGHLY recommend.

Elite installed my new roof a few years ago. They showed up when they said they would, did an awesome job and were very professional. Did an excellent job cleaning up, if it weren’t for the beautiful new roof, you’d never know they were there. Tony Jr. was extremely helpful and worked hard to give me the best service and pricing possible. Big big plus is that in some recent heavy windstorms, I had an issue with my fireplace vent coming loose because when the house was built in 1983, they didn’t use any masonry screws to attach the vent. I called Tony Jr. and the very next day he sent Mike out and they took care of it quickly.I had other quotes, they were the most affordable and using the same quality materials I would have gotten for more money elsewhere.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Tony, Margaret and the hard workers at Elite! They rock! My materials were delivered in days (thank you Margaret and Tony for helping me pick out a color that I loved and was in stock!), and they had to wait on me for the install! My neighbors were even happy because the guys started early one morning and were done by lunch! Very very happy! Love to do business with people who enjoy working with repeat Moore County customers! I want to give a major shout out to Elite Roofing! I needed a new roof on my house and they knocked the job out in one day. This included removing the old roof, replacing rotten sections of wood they came across, installing the new roof and cleaning up. This is pretty impressive considering the size of the roof. They covered all of the bushes around the house and protected all of the windows. They were professional, efficient and simply just awesome. The entire process, from the quote to clean up, went way better than I could have imagined and I am truly appreciative for such great work. I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone who has a roofing need.

We are so thankful for Elite Roofing! We had a leak pop up on a weekend right before a storm. On Monday morning Mike came by, immediately found the problem, gave us an estimate and despite not being on the schedule...had people here in 3 hours. They responded so quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. They even called the next day (storm day) to make sure it was no longer leaking. We appreciate the "hometown" feel and the dedication to taking care of their customers. It gives us peace of mind that there are still companies that look out for and take care of their neighbors.

Elite roofing is the best! Don't even think about using anyone else. Very professional, from the senior owner (who helped me pick out the best shingles and color for my house - left to my own it would not have been as good), to office staff, and all workers. My roof was quite large and peaked. They showed up start day with a swarm of at least 10 roofers and hit the ground running. The job was supervised by Marcello and Adam, who were great to work with. They were genuinely interested in my preferences, and we had some changes/ surprises during the job, but they handled it all with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal customer service, professional work and great follow up. Our preliminary consultation with Tony Sr. was thorough and painless. With our entire roof being replaced, we were impressed by the speed of the crew working on our house.We did run into a small problem with our vinyl siding not being put back correctly after the job was done. We addressed this in an email and we heard back from them the next business day. They sent out a follow up crew to come and repair the siding.Would definitely recommend this company for any roof repair or replacement.

Elite Roofing LLC is true to its name! The word "elite" is defined as "a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society". That definition started with Adam, who came out to give an estimate on repairs/replacement for my 96 year old mom's roof. He wasn't gloom and doom. He presented options/recommendations. She decided to get a new roof. Next was Tony Sr.. He was her low key salesman. He answered both my questions and my mom's. He was patient when asked to clarify information. Enter the Office Manager Margaret. She is kind and caring. From start to finish, when I called Margaret, she never sounded like my calls were interrupting her day. I know she is very busy. Then there is the Office Assistant Audrey. She called to let my mom know the roofers where ready to start the job and suggested to move vehicles before they got there. Good idea. Thank you!The roofing crew were great. When I told the foreman I was going to park my car at my neighbor's the next morning, he told me not to. To go ahead and park it in the garage. Then, when I had to leave, he would have their vehicles move. I'm sorry to say, I didn't get his name.After the work was complete, the manager Mike and his assistant Justin came out to inspect the work. Justine walked the roof to look at the work. I had questions about an area on the roof. All was good. Both men were polite, friendly and helped educate me on what goes on with a new roof.Thank you everyone. Look no more if you are looking for the BEST Roofing Company hands down its Ellite Roofing LLC , look just Google it cause I know you gonna ….😛 ,my experience with them was one of the best. They made my husband and I life so stress free . If you are paying out of pocket or even through the insurance it makes no difference, they are all willing and able ..They will even meet up with the insurance adjuster to look at your roof …yes they do …..Tony (owner) and his staff , Margaret, Audrey ,Lindsey and the roofers they all was a pleasure to work with . I realized I needed to replace my roof and the skylight. I had a couple friends recommend Elite Roofing and when others at church or the food bank (where I volunteer) ask who I had decided to go with, I said Elite Roofing. All agreed it was an excellent decision. The materials they use are top of the line and professionalism is beyond question at all levels. While I contracted them in January for a March 15 date for installation, they showed up at 7:15 and were finished by 5 PM on March 15th. While it was windy and cold in the morning, they pushed on. They protected my EZ-breeze sunroom panels with sheets of plywood and several windows. All the plantings near the house were covered with tarps. The workman ship was excellent and the whole process was painless. The word "elite" fits this company well. I’m so impressed by Tony Sr and his team! We had a simple job, replace two skylights. We have just remodeled two bathrooms and each needed a new skylight. We were scheduled to have them done and rain was forecasted for that day and we called to reschedule as we were concerned about replacing the skylights during the rain. We were completely surprised that two team members from Elite showed up this morning and quickly replaced the two skylights! My wife was ecstatic. What professionalism these two workers displayed! The first week of December our 2nd floor gas hot water heater broke, leaking through the attic into our master bedroom and bathroom ceilings. The day prior to that I was exposed to COVID and was symptomatic the next day - the same day as the leak. Of course we could not get anyone to come in until I was cleared from isolation and quarantine. However once that happened Elite Roofing LLC was extremely responsive and adaptive. They willingly flexed their schedule around the plumbing company’s to ensure they were both onsite to coordinate repairs and installation. Tony Jr must have called me close to a dozen times over two days to make sure that everything was properly coordinated and we would have hot water before Christmas. Margaret, their office manager, was totally on top of things as well making sure We were being taken care of. The entire Elite Roofing team has our gratitude, respect and strongest possible endorsement. They were and are simply awesome.
