I went in with my boyfriend a couple days ago, hoping to have some of my questions answered, and thankfully they all were! I spoke with Jessica at the front desk about installations, delivery, fees, cost, etc. She literally knew everything about the place and she was very friendly even while answering all 100 questions of mine. Please DO NOT BUY A BARN FROM HERE. IT IS ROBBERY! No one explained to me that 60% goes towards my barn and the other 40% goes towards my rent. I purchased a small repo barn for $5000 which is now costing me over $10000 in 36 months. No wonder the people before me turned back in. How much money are you trying to make off this tiny barn before you have enough? It is sad that you all have to rob people in order to make money. Hopefully, one day this place will shutdown as it should!
