My mom's heating unit went out, and within the same day, John Masters came out and assessed the issue. Unfortunately, he had to order the part but remained in contact with my mom to keep her updated on when he would be out to complete the work. He came out, beating the rain, fixed my mom's unit, just as he said. My dad passed about a year ago and this was my mom's first time "handling this stuff on her own." It was good to know that, even though the kids are far away, there are still reputable companies that keep their word and provide quality service. Without a doubt, we will continue using their service for any other needs we have. Definitely recommend this company.Services: Thermostat repair, Heating system maintenance

Went to my Mother’s house on a Saturday and realized her heat wasn’t working. Called Masters hoping they could send a technician out the same day to look at the HVAC system. John answered the phone and said he could be there between 9:30 and 10:00 and he showed up right on time. Unlucky for me, the heating unit needed a part which had to ordered. John ordered the parts and a couple of days later when the parts came in, John sent out a technician who again showed up on time and installed the parts in minutes. John and his team provided exceptional service and the prices were reasonable. I would definitely call Masters Heating and Cooling again if I ever needed their services.Service: Heating system repair

My AC failed and my spouse had just gotten a knee replacement. I contacted Master’s and they sent a technician out the next morning. The compressor had failed and the unit was determined not to be cost effective to repair. I had previously gotten a service contract with Master’s so the call was free. I got an estimate for replacement the same day, which included a 10% discount since I had a previous contract with Master’s. I arranged for installation of the new unit and the whole Master’s team was so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The new unit was delivered and installed the next day! What outstanding service! I can’t thank you all enough for your help and professionalism. I know if I need you again, I can depend on Master’s to step up and get the job done.

So a tech came out and wired a new thermostat for me and charged 85$ but to my surprise the unit started messing up after that... Not seeming to cool or shut off at all. Light bill was 400$ for two months... I figured it was just bc we had just moved north from the South and it was colder than we like. UNTIL I had to call another a.c. company to come out and see what the problem was.... Turns out the tech wired the thermostat to be on heat and cool at the same time with a lil jumper also the coil strips were also on at the same time. I would not call masters again and feel as if my 85$ should be returned. I took pictures and had two other certified ac techs look at ughhhhh

I call white and Woodley they act like they were so busy so I called Masters heating and air and they came out and looked at my unit, the next morning they were at my house with a brand new unit. Not only is my house cool ,Jhon and his crew are real coooool.Thank you so much.
