I called them in July for a small but persistent leak in my bathroom. I was "put on the list" by the person on the phone. Two weeks later I called someone else. I never heard from them. I should have learned, but I gave them another chance based an their reputation. I recently had a drip in a newly installed faucet and was "put on the list" ---- I eventually fixed it myself. I'll never call them again. Maybe if you have a big, expensive job they'll show up. I guess my job wasn't important.

With no real competition in the area, they get there when they get there—so plan up to a couple of days of sitting, staring, waiting, and being told “you’re on the list, maybe today, maybe tomorrow.” They have been able to fix all the issues with fair pricing, which is nice though.The quality of work is rated as good.Having done HVAC work myself I did think one tech took quite a bit longer than needed for one repair, but again, it was done right and the price was fair and I didn’t have to drive 2 hours for parts, so it was win/win in the end.Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

I called White & Woodley when I completely lost my heat hours before it was going to plummet to 19 degrees that night. He came out quickly and fixed the problem. He was completely honest with me about what needed to be repaired. After he fixed my HVAC unit, it worked much more efficiently and as a result, my bill decreased by 64%. I had to have a new unit installed and it was done with accuracy and professionalism.They are on point with finding out your problem as they did with my parents unit as well. Contact them for refrigeration, heating, air and plumbing needs. A satisfied customer!

First call to this establishment the gentleman sounded very enthusiastic about the request for services. He gave all types of options that we could choose from. But when he spoke to another individual they decided that they could not service me. Don't know why.. They reported that thier schedule is now too busy. I asked when was the next available they advised they do to have a next available. Lastly, they advised just to call someone else. Just to be sure I had another individual call for service at a later date and they were happy and enthusiastic to make an appointment. In my opinion this was beyond poor customer service and it goes beyond poor customer service. There was no prior history with these individuals just moved to the area. I had to call a Heating and Air company in another city that was happy to drive here to provide service without issues.

I bought an old house and was told that White and Woodley were the best to call. I would agree. They swapped out a hot water heater, changed my electrical panel to 250amp service, replaced some water lines that broke, and installed a dryer outlet and piping. They clean up after themselves, and in most cases you can't even tell that they have been there. They have worked at the Murfreesboro Pool and completely re-plumbed the entire bath house and some in the pump house. Very professional, never have had to call them back out for a reservice. They are my go-to for plumbing and electrical.

I called them about a small issue I was having every day someone would say your name at the top of the list 🙄 at this point its been 2 weeks and I still haven't been seen maybe if you asked to be at the bottom they willl get to you faster. Would never recommend again to anyone that need service asap.
