The work was excellent, pricing very competitive, and the employes were very professional. Bought a new unit from climateMax approximately 3 or 4 years ago, cause the one I had in my double wide the coils were leaking bad enough, I had to replace my floor. Tim came out and gave me a good price on a new unit and had them install it. When the summer months came around the unit would not cool the home no lower than 74 degrees, called them and they came out and he told me my vent openings were not big enough and as soon as he got back to the office he would get back to me on when he could fix it. Well, he never has. My old unit cooled my double wide with no problem (69 degrees), it just was leaking badly. I do not know why my old leaky unit would cool the home down, but not the new one. I had to go buy an alternate unit to help cool it down. I do not recommend them. I work outside and hard for my money. I do not like throwing money away

We had no heat on Christmas Eve. We called another company and a tech came out to look. The parts needed were ok back order and the office was closed. A week later we had heard nothing! I called Tim and he came out the next day and told us we needed a new unit. He got us up and going in less than a week. His team was responsible and professional. We contacted ClimateMax Heating and Air off of a reference and we're glad we did. From the first phone call to the job being completed we found they are top shelf. Timothy was very professional and knowledgeable on what we needed for our tiny home parkmodel we needed heating/air in. The technicians and installers that came out did a amazing job and it looks so professional. TJ, Caleb and Scott were on time for the install. They were professional and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. We could not have asked for a better job or equipment. Caleb and Dylan had to come back at a later time to complete the outside covers and was still professional as the first time and it looks amazing. This was the first time we used Climate Max and just wanted to say that we were very, very pleased with our experience. We had to have our evaporator coil replaced and while doing this, we decided to relocate the compressor unit to a different location which required replacing the entire lineset as well. We found Climate Max easy to deal with, very professional and timely with estimates as well as the actual work. We also feel that they were reasonably priced for the work they did. I recently had two visits from the team over at ClimateMax and it was a dream. The relationship started with Carmen reaching out to me and setting up the service appointment. Her communication skills are the best in the game. She listened to my concerns and properly communicated the messages to the appropriate people. She was always on top of making sure I knew what was going on, updating me every step of the way. Also, as the voice of the company, she's so friendly and pleasant!Next up is my service technician, Tommy! Aside from seeming very knowledgeable and proficient in his field, he was kind and respectful when entering my home. You could tell he really cared about making I was comfortable with him being in the house and understood everything that was going on. He made sure to explain everything in terms I could understand as well as answering any and all questions I had. I was already impressed with him, but this was my favorite part:On Tommy's second visit, I wasn't present and instead had a female in the home. Tommy treated her and spoke to her in the exact same manner he did me. He won HUGE points from me for not treating her differently because she's a female- always something that I worry about in the service industry.This company really treated me well and am confident that they have resolved my issues, as well as have my back in the future, just in case! During the coldest part of this winter my furnace decided that it no longer wanted to participate. I called up ClimateMax and that day they had a technician come out and look things over. The technician showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me an honest assessment. I had the choice to put a band-aid on the problem, or completely replace my furnace. With the house being almost 20yrs old I decided to replace my HVAC system and it was the best decision ever. The installation crew was punctual and polite. They made sure that everything was functioning properly before leaving and Karman made my paperwork seamless.
