Took 3 days to return my call. Then someone came out, looked over the roof and left without saying anything. I called for two days to see what the quote was for a new roof for house and a boat house and they won’t return my call. Gave the business to Joe at Peak Roofing. If they won’t return call for a quote, I must assume they might not show up to do the work as well.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

These guys are subcontracted through Clayton homes to come redo my roof in South Carolina the guys were dropping fbombs, when asked to refrain from swearing because it is an occupied home the young kid decided to start swearing at my husband! Was asked to leave our property, stood across the street swearing while his dad the Forman said husband was wrong for asking him to not swear! Started last night when they wanted to start working at 630 am and were told no, 8:00 due to it being lived in and having elderly neighbors. So unprofessional! Should not have to ask to not swear on a home that has people living in and home when repairs happening! New construction is different, construction workers can be rough, but professionalism is expectedService: Roof repair

Did not follow through as promised. Very dissatisfied. This company did not clean up whatsoever, left shingles in trees, broke spot light, and left nails and all kinds of roofing materials all over my property. When Dereck was contacted several times to remedy the situation, he did not respond. VERY POOR!

Came out and got eyes on the project on January 1. Told us we would have an estimate in 3 days. It is the 16th and we still don't have a complete estimate. You do not tell people that you are going to do something and then not do it and not contact them to tell them what's going on. We've wasted 2 weeks with this company.

It doesn't get any better than this crew. Our roof was replaced by DC Roofing last year, and my wife and I are very pleased.
