I left a review a few weeks ago & was told they'll "make it right" so I removed it. Well making it right was not their plan. I want to warn potential clients to make sure you get what they mean when they say they will "seed" your yard in writing!! I was left with nothing but gravel, rocks & trash. When trying to express that that is not what I paid for Donnie said he'd "like the extra parking" as he pointed to all the gravel left where they should have seeded. Literally there's a second drive way where there shouldn't be!! Their "seeding" consisted of throwing grass seed & straw ON TOP of gravel. They know they're wrong, they know if this was one of the "houses on the lake" that he told me he builds that my initial review could hurt business for that it would have never been left like it was. Well Hemco THIS is my million dollar house, my money is just as green as anyone else's. Donnie stood on my porch & told me my review "could affect all of the people he employees". Guess the money out of my pocket is irrelevant to him? I debated leaving another review but I hope this will get to the next person in time to ensure they get everything in DETAILED writing. The additional out of pocket costs that were not expected are ridiculous when it was already paid for once & should have been done correctly. I love my home but I'll never reccomend this company to anyone else.I've included pictures of my gravel pit & a picture from the original listing of my home from Zillow. See how smooth the dirt is? How there's no gravel? How there's no huge rocks? How there's no plywood or 2x4s in the yard? How theres dirt that grass can actually grow in versus a gravel parking lot? If this company is your builder, regardless of the listing realtor, get it in writing bc I made the mistake of "assuming" I'd get the same quality of work which did not happen.

I simply can’t say enough great things about HEMCO- they were able to completely renovate my office front and well as my lobby. HEMCO is the best around! Super nice people and very reliable. They have always worked us in when we had an emergency. They installed a new AC unit for us and even checked on us to see how it was working out. Serviced both heating and air. We have backup gas for heat, they now how to do it all. Where do I start with HEMCO. I have used them for many years.
