First, I don't often leave reviews nor do I offer reviews when they are not due. My experience with King Roofing Pros was overall Extremely positive. Garrett gave me an intended timeframe for arrival in which he arrived on time. He provided an estimate and took care of the work in a timely manner. During the roof repair process he kept me informed about the state of the wood underneath which he also replaced. The cost of the work was fair for the work being provided and they offered quality work. I can't thank them enough and will be sure to keep them in mind for any future roofing needs.

They must have stepped up their A game because about 4 years ago they did new roof installation for me and day after already a leak.. They came out to fix it but not well weeks later noticed still leak. Lots of water damage in the wall and side door. After 3 months and like 4 attempts someone finally fixed the problem but they weren’t willing to fix the roof and wall damage from the inside and I still had to pay for a side door because they said it was another probable cause and not the fact the roof had been leaking there. After 1 year of nagging them someone finally came to attempt to fix the inside but they only started and never finished. Till this day nor Garrett nor his wife returned or had anyone come back. I paid for the door and had to finish repairs and paint job as well. There excuse was they were busy and backed up and owner caught COVID hope he is ok it’s been 4 years..and maybe now are caught up so that someone can reach out! Tell me that wasn’t from water leaking in. Just terrible experience.Service: Roof installation
