I purchased a storm door through Lowe’s Home and RSC installed it. Installer Russ (employee of Rock Solid Construction) did a great job and was very nice and respectful. I am super pleased with the process of having a storm door installed with Lowe's---purchase thru to installation. Russ explained how to operate it and showed me about the issues with closing the door when air pockets form between front and storm doors. 🚪 Thank you very much! 😁

They installed a storm door for me. They did an excellent job! Removed my old door and had the new one installed in seemingly no time. They left nothing behind and even vacuumed the little bit of sawdust from drilling on my porch and the threshold. Excellent job! Would recommend them to anyone!

We needed a window replaced in the room above our garage that was leaking from what we thought was the bottom corner. We ordered a window through Lowe’s, and Rock Solid was assigned to complete the installation. They came out and measured the window, to ensure the window they were ordering was the proper size. When the window came in, they scheduled a date for the install. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived first thing in the morning as promised. They tore out the old window, and replaced the new window in about 2.5 hours. They even had to cut in the wall in since the window was a little deeper set than our old one. Through their expertise, they were able to determine that the window was leaking through the top of the frame, as well as the bottom corner. I was assured that extra steps were taken to ensure that water would not be entering through the window again. When the work was completed, the crew walked me through all the steps of the install. Their work was immaculate! Other than needing to touch up a little paint around the install area, you couldn’t tell the window was replaced, unless I told you. A few days after the work was completed, I received a text message asking if we were satisfied with the install of our window. This small gesture alone would make me give this company 5 stars. So often are business caught up in “turning and burning” jobs to make money, they often forget about the consumers satisfaction. Due to their professionalism, honesty, and courtesy, I would not hesitate to use Rock Solid Construction for any of my home repair needs.
