Very happy with the job done by these guys. Gary was super helpful and easy to work with. The workers were quick, thorough, took my old roof off, and had the new one on in one day. Put tarps down to catch everything and walked around multiple times with a magnet to pick up all the old nails. Worked with my insurance and everything was super easy for me. Highly recommend.

From the first encounter with Derrick, the process went smoothly. He was tech smart with my insurance claim and helpful in explaining roofing materials and options and cost. When I called in, Sherri was pleasant and helpful, and Derrick always replied back to my questions promptly. My roof was replaced within a time frame appropriate, considering the spring rains. The installers were pleasant and worked proficiently, resulting in a good and satisfying job and attractive roof. I have no complaints and am pleased.

Bought a new roof sold to us by Sean Switkes. Sean was on time and was polite from start to finish. Sean both climbed onto our roof and into the attic, snapping photos of our roof's issues. Better yet, Sean took the time to walk us through each photo/issue, explaining the cause.He was patient with our many questions and communicated our payment options in detail. We had an excellent experience with Sean Switkes. Highly recommended!

As far as roofing goes, they use the best products and ensure a proper installation. You know, roofing is a tough business. I've had enough experience over the years to realize that in construction, it's rare that schedules happen on time. Best Choice Roofing did my roof, my parents roof, and a friends roof. There were delays on all three jobs, but the final outcome was great. I had numerous conversations with field managers and subcontractor schedulers that did a fairly good job. But, beyond a doubt, the glue to the Arden branch of Best Choice Roofing was Sherrie. The office manager I believe. Sherrie straighten out all miscommunications. Handled rescheduling. AND...held those boys feet to the fire to make sure things got completed. If I had a question or concern...I called Sherrie. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing of Arden. Be patient future customers. There's a lot of moving parts in roofing. But, you'll be pleased with the outcome!

A special commendation goes to Harley from the Asheville office, whose upfront, concise, and thoroughly professional approach left a lasting impression.Although their quote was slightly higher than others we received, the transparency and detail in their communication convinced us that we are receiving greater value in return. I don't usually leave reviews, but when I saw, the 1 star review from S L (probably short for Slandering Lawbreaker), I have to speak up. Best Choice just finished my roof (May 2) on a home that was built in 1936 (that has "issues"), they have been (and are) excellent! From the moment that I met Josh & Sean (who did the estimate), to the time I spoke with the CEO (after the job was complete, I have been impressed with everyone I have encountered in the company. As a "retired" construction business owner, I KNOW a "scammer when I meet one" (such as S L), I "Highly Recommend" Best Choice Roofing (in Arden, NC), and would be shocked if you had anything other than an "excellent" experience with them. I am a very happy customer located in Leicester, NC, and am NOT associated with anyone at Best Choice Roofing, other than to have had the "PLEASURE" of doing business with them!

Trash they said the were gonna do things they didn’t and since the last manager left the company is not grandfathering in their customers worst experience ever the workers were slamming the slabs of roofing on the house when brought up, they didn’t clean up the nails like they said the would they left my yard a mess with nails and staples from the old roof. Also they opened the sky light window and metal pieces came down into the house almost striking my house mate. Don’t waste your time with the worded roofing experience I’ve ever had.

Derrick and his team were excellent!! At the last minute I decided to add skylights, and they were able to install them for me with ease. They were responsive to my questions, and left the worksite clean. In fact, when the old shingles were removed, it was clear there was rot around the perimeter of the house. Instead of charging extra and replacing all of the sheets, they edged the house and saved me a chunk of cash. Plus, after getting three bids on the roof, they were the most affordable. Would definitely use this company again.

I’m still trying to get my insurance company, USAA, to agree to replace my roof. I have been working with Tyler and Greg to send pictures and information to USAA. Tyler and Greg are the best, they really care and are concerned about the status of my roof, which they think could start leaking after a few more bad storms. I’m a veteran and I expected USAA to be a great help to us veterans, but their adjuster would not listen to anything that Greg, who works in the roofing industry, had to say to him. As far as replacing my roof, I would go with Best Choice Roofing. Getting a job done is one thing, but getting a job done by people who really care about what they’re doing and care about the people who own the propertiesthat they are working on is another thing entirely. Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvements Inc. is your best bet for all of those reasons.

The Asheville branch of BCR is currently closed by force due to manager Derrick's business malpractices. The closing may be for an indefinite time and they might try to reopen sometime in the future, but this branch has a history of repeating this cycle. If you call their local number listed on their website, it will only connect to salespersons who are in another city, a couple hours driving away, as the office is empty.The BCR company overall is untrustable and unreliable in addition to their terrible workmanship. When you talk to personnels in HQ customer service they harass, bully and even threaten customers without concerning their awful mismanagement and responsibility for their business.Avoid doing any of your roof matters with the *Best Choice Roofing* by all means as they run 3rd class business.

Bad management. It’s like they don’t care about the customer. Schedule changes that last for months on end, faking paperwork so they can collect to pay for every job. Derrick will ruin that branch. He’s uneducated at his job and the Regional Manager doesn’t care about anything. Just yells at everyone cause he thinks he’s cool. It’s quite sad how the grown men act like kids

So recently I had my door knocked on by Jacob. I usually hate when people do this trying to sell me something. He made it very clear he wasn’t here to sell me anything, but instead help me. He was able to work with my insurance company and get them to buy me a new roof. With out his help there would have been no way I could afford a new roof.
