We weren’t there the day the roofers replaced our old, old roof. But neighbors reported that the Quantum employees got right to work and represented the company well. They were impressed with the efficiency displayed, no loud music blaring during the work and neighbors watched them take care to clean up fantastically. Neighbors walked around our house after the build team left and did not find one nail! Our real estate agent was in construction in the early years of his career and we greatly respect his observations. He drove out to inspect the finished roof and said it looked well done!

Quantum came out to put a brand new roof on a house my wife and I are renovating. The crew was very professional and efficient, and Kyle kept us apprised of any and all issues. We were quoted correctly even allowing for replacements on the roof decking. My wife handled contact with the company, and she was enormously impressed with Anastasia Loomis and her approach to customer service. We had our primary residence roof done by Quantum, so we had high expectations, and I am very happy to say those were met! Highly recommend this company.

This business went above and beyond my expectations from our initial contact through their follow up after the installation of our roof. All interactions with Anastasia were professional and knowledgeable with a no pressure sales approach. Quantum's installers took extra care not to damage my elaborate landscaping and limited disturbances to a blue bird nest on our front porch. Kyle kept us well informed and was readily available to answer any of our questions throughout the day of our installation.

I’m writing this review to share our wonderful experience we had with Quantum Roofing. Before deciding on Quantum we interviewed 3 roofing companies. Quantum by far was the best! From our initial interview, we were completely impressed. Carson Hobart and Jake Skinsacos diagnosed our problem, took an in-depth video of our roof showing us the problem areas. When we decided they were our choice, Carson and Jake went above and beyond and came out and put a temporary fix on the leaky area when the forecast was expecting heavy rain. On the day of installation Kyle Payne kept us informed throughout the day. Although we did not have verbal communication with the installation foreman or the crew, they were very respectful of us as homeowners. Kyle and Jimmy Balsam inspected the roof as the installers were finishing up. The installation foreman and crew immaculately cleaned up our landscape and I can honestly say we did not find one nail, shingle, or debris of any kind whatsoever when they were finished. Additionally Kyle inspected our driveway to give us peace of mind that absolutely no nails or anything sharp was in the driveway to impair our tires. The following day Jake and Kyle came as follow-up to thank us and make sure our experience was what we had expected. I can honestly say again, it was “above and beyond”. We love the color choice we choose and are feel valued as their customers.

Jared Haynes at Quantum roofing, is the man to deal with if you need a quality, reasonably priced roof. This company only only does one job at a time which is practically unheard of these days. They were fast, cleaned up, respectful, did the job on the date planned. There was one or two things they had to come back and fix And they did that without prompting to a good level. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good roof. And Jared gave us some choices on different colors of roofs, and that made it even more interesting.

My husband had been talking to many different roofers but he got sick and one of the last words he said to me was 'don't forget to get the roof done' . I found myself with many quotes and the more I got the more confused I became, then Scott knocked on my door. He was precise and patient in his explanations and took away my stress, but his workers stole the show. Within a day and a half the job on a large steep roof was done. What a pleasure ! I got 4 bids on roofing before I made the decision to go with Quantum. Jared Haynes, the project manager, was very thorough in explaining what exactly would take place throughout the project. I was shone the materials that would be used and told how the work would be done. Roofs are expensive;being informed is essential. The workers were very conscientious of my property and the cleanup was amazing. I was informed of any issue that was found and given the cost. They only proceeded if I agreed. I think Keith was the name of the person who was on sight for the entire project and it was he that notified me if he had a concern. Jared came back after the work was done and did a final inspection. I am very happy that I chose Quantum Roofing.

Quantum Roofing performed an excellent installation of a new roof on my residence. The quality of the workmanship appears to have been top notch. The job was completed in a timely manner with an onsite supervisor throughout the process. They followed up afterwards as well which was a nice touch. We had a couple roofers come out and and this company was by far the best one! Carson took video of the roof and explained why it needed replaced. We already knew it did but to have all the information clearly shown was great! They dropped off the supplies the day before the demo and replacement. They came out in the morning around 7 and were done by 3. It’s looks great! We did end up selling our house a couple months later and it over all raised the value of the home, it was worth the investment.

Installed a standing seam metal roof on my 1920s house and repaired a several rotted sections of wood. They were expensive, but of the few companies I spoke with, they made me feel the most reassured that everything would be done perfectly. They did high quality work with high quality materials. Nothing was rushed, they were very meticulous every step of the way, and made every effort to clean up each day. The project manager and sales person checked in with me throughout the process to make sure things were going well, that I understood what was happening, and to answer any questions I had. In the end I had a couple of minor aesthetic concerns and they were fixed immediately. I am extremely happy with my roof and hope to not have to think about it again for at least a few decades.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation

A minor leak developed in the roof of our house, and within a day Quantum Roofing had called us and scheduled a representative to come out and inspect our roof for a free quote. Their representative, Jared, was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process, options, and pricing. Our roof was at the end of its lifespan and we dicided on doing a full replacement. Jarred brought samples of all materials and choices of color shingles. After e few days, we callled and confirmed with him that we were deciding to choose Quantum for the job. He came to our house the next day and we signed the contract. We were contacted by the office within a day after signing to schedule our job. We set a date for four weeks out due to availability, but within a few days of scheduling, we were contacted about an opening the next week. We gladly took it. The day of the job, the workers showed up promptly first thing in the morning, making every accommodation for us to get in and out of the house before starting the re-roofing of our 2 story, 2000sq ft house. The foreman, Kyle, was very professional, respectful, and pleasant to talk to. He told me about everything that they would be doing before they started and what was done after. He contacted me during the day to get my consent before making any repairs due to unseen water damage. They finished their work of completely removing the old roof and installing the new one within 7 hours! That included preparation and cleanup! As a dog owner, I was very reassured that my pet was not going to be stepping on any roofing materials in our yard after the job was complete. Quantum offered financing options that made this whole re-roof possible where we can break down our payments how we see fit and will pay no interest on any balance within the first 12 months. I found no one else in the are that could offer a 25 year warranty on a roof, the most other companies could offer was 15 years. I highly recommend this company and especially the employees I worked with.
