Excellent emergency services after a pipe froze and burst. A team arrived within two hours of our call to start the mitigation to dry out the walls and floors. Lead by Juan, the team included Houston, Tim, Jair, Ezra, and Kevin. They communicated consistently, so we always knew the status of the work. Quincy is handling everything with our insurance company, and so far so good. They were also very considerate of our home and belongings. I pray I never have a need for mitigation services again, but if we ever do, they’ll be first team I call after I call my insurance agent. Great work. Definitely recommend.

We had some work done last year in which we were charged twice for several thousand. The company has acknowledged the accounting error on their side, unfortunately after more than 4 months of empty promises and bad checks they are now saying they have no intention of paying back the money they owe.Don't get scammed by these people.

Wanted a new roof on our home, called multiple contractors, and yet only 2 called me back at all. Both quotes were comparable in price, but Zach and crew were responsive, on time, found some hard to find shingles for us. They arrived a week ahead of when we thought they would, set up the job, and knocked it out in about 2.5 days. Cleaned up well too! They allowed our home to look as we always wanted it, and recognize it as the home we wanted. While I could pay for the job outright, who does that, they offered a payment plan that worked for our benefit. Thanks again guys!Service: Roof repair

1/2024 - I used Secure Restoration a second time. This time was to clean out our air ducts. What was expected to be a relatively easy job turned into a Herculean task. The ducts had been neglected for so long they were nearly impassable for airflow. Additionally, the construction of the house made getting at each and every vent a chore into itself. The guys were Rock Stars, communicated the whole way through, photographically documented every step, and stayed at the task until it was done. Tim & Ezra are a credit to your company. I will continue to use SR for any home maintenance I can. Thanx.2018- Secure restoration was amazing. I had them look at the Crawlspace of a home we were considering to purchase. They found many issues and their documentation was used to negotiate the seller dropping the price to correct all of the issues.The team started the work the day of closing and finished ahead of schedule. A week before Christmas, I found mold in our bathroom. I called secure restoration and requested to have someone come take a look. Zach, the owner, was out at my place within a few hours, and I had a quote the following day. Very unheard of around here if you have ever needed work to be done on your house quickly. The guys came when they were scheduled and did an excellent job, and were very informative about the whole process. 10/10 would recommend secure restoration if you need any kind of mold remediation.

Zach and the team at Secure Restoration have been a big help with home and business needs. From identifying mold/moisture patterns and potential in the home to most recently assisting with entryway modifications, sign removal/relocating and hardware removal (entry gate and door frames) for business moving day. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! I had a chimney fire that ended up about 80% loss for my home over 3 levels, it is one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Zach was one of only 2 that returned calls and answered questions and responded to house. They were detailed, honest, thorough, kind, respectful and so helpful. They explained anything I needed and guided me when I asked for it. They were so thorough and made sure everything was to code and met requirements. They worked with my schedule so much, working nights and like 85hr weeks, it could have been extremely difficult managing meetings and drop offs and inspections and everything. Secure Restoration has the skills and puts in the effort. We had a shower leak and the mitigation team and equipment did a great job solving for that.In repairs and after plumbers tore up our dry wall, their guy Steve was Michael Angelo with the plaster and paint. When the job was done you could never point out to me all the spots we had to tear into. Also important to note, the paint wasn’t a perfect match and they promptly came back out to do the job right- which I think is a rare quality.This team showed up on time and communicated well through the whole process. Our septic tank backed up into our downstairs bathroom. Secure Restoration came out the day we called for help and cleaned it up. They were cheerful and reassuring. I would call them again. January 5th, I woke up to 5 inches of water in my kitchen that leaked through to the lower level of my house. I called Secure Restoration from a Google search and they came out immediately. Secure Restoration is an amazing and professional company! We are selling our place in NC and during the inspection, found that there was a fungal issue in our crawlspace due to some water issues with a downspout (which we got fixed first). I called Secure Restoration and spoke with the kindest person, Quincy! She was able to get Zach (the CEO) out that afternoon. Zach crawled under our home, discussed what they could do for our situation, then got us an estimate that evening. We were not charged a fee for them to come out to look at our issues. Other companies charge a fee just to come out to see the situation. We set a date for them to treat our joists, sub-floor, and a new vapor barrier less than a week later (we are under a time-crunch). The team came out, were friendly and very professional. We are very impressed with this company. They will be who we use at our new home in SC. We would highly recommend this company to our neighbors (in both NC and SC!) and friends!
