update: we had someone come out and check the roof that Mr Farlow stated that he repaired and did not. when the person came out they said there was no underlying between the boards and the shingles that Farlow put down and now it's even worse

Mr Farlow did a great job replacing our old window flashings. I'm pretty big on checking the details after every contractor and I was pretty happy. Highly recommend.

A previous vendor came out for a leak and cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling. The home warranty company sent out Affordable Roof Maintenance and not only did they contact me within an hour after speaking to the warranty company, the scheduled an appointment for the same day! I can't say enough about their responsiveness and how fantastic they were to come out so quickly. I'm now considering them for future roof replacement and some ceiling repairs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: BAD NEWS! BAD WORK! Farlow Was recommended by our American home shield warranty. Mr Farlow at the onset was hard to reach. He always said he was going to make an appointment at the end of the day and never called. When MrFarlow first arrived to our service area, he stated that he had fixed the front porch. However, he could not fix our carport because his helper did not arrive. He stated that he had fixed the front porch. However, he could not fix our carport because his helper did not arrive. Many days later he and his helper arrived. They said that they fixed the carport.. He assured us that he fixed the front porch and as well as the carport leaks. As soon as we experienced the next rain.a the same issues were still there and they were worse. When we inspected the roof shingles they were buckled. Mr Farlow came back and said that his helper forgot to nail down the shingles. We are still with the same problem and it is worse.Service: Roof repair

Woke up to hear a dripping noise in my ceiling on the 2nd floor and noticed I had a leaking roof. I called a number of companies but Don was the only one to get back to me quickly. He arrived that morning, determined the issue, and fixed it promptly. Don Farlow was very knowledgeable and after several storms the roof hasn't had any issues. Hopefully I don't have any other roofing issues in the future but if I do I will be calling ARM.My Summary-Quick Response time-Knowledgeable-Very friendly-Affordable pricing

I had this gentleman come to my home for a leak in my roof. He came out promptly. Assured me he could fix the leak. And also had him install gutter toppers. He told me he could fix a slipping roof. Installed by a previous contractor (no longer in business). His price was resonable. Since then he has been back numerous times. Trying to fix the same issue. Now tells me. The roof needs to be replaced. Now I'm stuck with damage from the leaks he assured me he could fix. It's not affordable if a company does not repair it right the first time. I only gave him a 3 because so far, and I stress, so far. My gutter toppers apear to be working well. People hire professionals for their professional skills and knowledge. Not to be drained and lied to for cash gain. He also told me that even though I had a leak with water coming through the ceiling. The insulation was dry. And nothing needed to be done. Buyer beware.
