7 MONTHS since I paid these crooks for a building. What an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve been in business for over 14 years and this is the worst business transaction I’ve ever had to deal with. Frank the owner has lied numerous times, made excuses, rescheduled so many times. No one in this company cares about the job they do. My concrete is failing, the building they installed is so weak and the whole thing shakes and moves when the wind blows. It’s absolute garbage. The metal is paper thin. My lawyer checked with the Secretary of State: They are not even a registered business. They are a scam!!! Do not do business with these cons!Edit: Luna metal buildings said that my building was finished and was guaranteed to pass inspection. I reviewed the engineers drawings and realized that over half of the structural steal was MISSING! I brought this to Franks attention and he said not to worry about it, its how they build all of the buildings. Because the building is 14ft tall it must have double legs all the way around the building. It specifically says this in the engineers drawing. They only installed single legs. So they came out and screwed in some missing supports and called it good. The inspector came out today and it failed inspection. Still numerous problems. Its missing half the bracing and the framing is all wrong. These guys have no clue what they are doing. Don't know how they are still in business. Check your drawings! What they are installing is absolutely wrong and dangerous! I feel sorry for anyone that has a building made by them. Get a lawyer. They are a scam!Update: Building still won't pass inspection. Frank is so arrogant he is arguing with the building inspector and the engineer about how he is right. Still framing issues, missing supports, screws not even in the bracing. They didn't have long enough screws so they just put them under the bracing serving no purpose. The engineer told Frank he was completely WRONG and had to fix these problems. To top it off the front of the building is flooding when it rains. Frank said this was normal and nothing they could do about it! Said I should put silicone around the edge of the building if I wanted to keep water out. Unbelievable!Final Update: Luna Metal Buildings could NOT get the building to pass inspection. After 8 Months, I had to fire them and hire a different company to come in and fix all the problems so the building would pass inspection. I should have fired them sooner. They really don't have a clue what they are doing and are very unprofessional. So sick of dealing with them. The trash and screws they leave all over the ground, not being prepared for the job, loaning them tools because they forgot them...the list just goes on and on. There is a reason they want you to pay up front. They take your money and don't care if your building gets finished. Stay away from these guys!

Stay away from this company. Dont be deceived by the 1000+ likes to their Facebook page. You can buy those online for like 10.00 dollars and make your business look good. I was blocked to post on their Facebook page after I left a bad review after they cheated me out of 1500.00 for my deposit and never got a building they claiming at the end that it was my fault, I clearly said colors I wanted even sent this picture to make sure and they still gave me an excuse that the colors were wrong and that it was my fault. Please do your due diligence and dont be te next person regretting hiring this guys. I am a business owner and hate to be the bad egg but simply no business ethics from this company.I have kept reading through some of the reviews and its unbelievable this guys are still in business.STAY AWAY , CHECK REVIEWS AND BBB ACCREDITED.OTHER WISE YOU ARE SCREW HIRING THIS PEOPLE

They did a great job finishing and it looks great from a distance. However, there are a few things to consider. First, they did leave a lot of screws laying around. I spent a little time going around the area picking them up. It would have been a mess if they got into tire. Second, they left trash scattered around the area. The trash was personal and work trash. I cleaned it up. Third, the building has 8 pieces that are a different color. We were told that shipment issues was the main problem. There was an assurance that they would let us know when the correct siding would come in. Fourth, I found siding that was not secured down. The guys easily could have missed them. But once I sent the pictures...Fifth, we had a dent in the trim. That would have to be replaced. Finally, it has been almost a year since we sent the pictures and made all the calls and now the bay door is broke. I'm hoping we can move on and get some of this resolved. So many people compliment us on our building. We want to recommend Luna but it does not seem likely.

Started with FB messaging, then a quote. Everything was flowing amazingly. I read reviews, some bad but most were decent. Sent the check out, then received a call saying it would be 3.5 weeks. Didn’t receive any calls so I call back, they’re gonna have to wait another 2.5 weeks due to Covid. Waited on another call, still didn’t get any updates. I called back and now since it rained, it’s gonna be another 2.5 weeks. No compensation.. no anything. Just a “we’ll let you know”. I will update as time passes.But no, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.Update #1 (11/13/2020)Frank from Luna called. He said he does the scheduling?... said that he’s been off for a week in the hospital with his wife, having a baby. He called after I left this review to explain that the ladies in the office didn’t know the schedule and that he’s got me scheduled in for next Saturday (11/21/2020). For my troubles, he’s going to upgrade one of my 8x7 doors to a 10x8, free of charge and also box in the eaves free as well.Update#2 (11/20/2020)They called today and told me they would be here on Saturday morning. They wanted to start at 5am.Update #3 (11/21/2020)They were here at 5am. They’re working as I type this. So far, so good!They left around 5 pm. Building is awesome! The crew was nice and respectful. They did their job and I have no complaints.

*Update 2 to a 4 star* Frank the owner is a super stand up guy called me to rectify the issue and has the guys coming out next week to make the repairs … (Original) reviewCommunication was very bad, concrete guys showed up and couldn’t lay the concrete without doing some additional grading which was discussed prior that I didn’t think it was completely level and she said that it just needed to be somewhat level then when the concrete guys got here they charge me an additional $250 cause he had to go get the skid steer then $300 more to level so the concrete could be poured, the concrete company made a mess of my driveway leaving big holes in the middle of my drive way where took dirt to level up the low spots for the pad so now I’m gonna have to have someone come in and fix the drive way they wouldn’t do anything to make it right. All in all I’m happy with the building but very up set at the Communication And the unwillingness to meet in the middle with the misunderstanding on the grading .

They have not erected the building we have purchased but they are a patient and reliable company. Rain and permit issues have created substantial delays. Luna buildings is being patient with us while these issues are being resolved.Luna's associated grading and concrete contractor is also professional and works with their customers as Luna Buildings does.I would recommend Luna Buildings and their associated support contractors to anyone desiring any metal building they offer. With rainy weather and difficulty getting building supplies, the process took a lot longer than expected. We signed the contract in March and have waited, and waited. At the end of our 5-6 week initial installation timeframe we called and was told 2 more weeks. Waited. Called at the end of that 3 weeks and was given 3 more weeks. I became very frustrated. I tried to be patient but at the end of that second wait time, I had no more patience.However, I am very thankful for Cecilia and her excellent customer service skills. I felt like she truly wanted to help me and despite my frustrations, she was very patient with me! I probably would have told me to take my business elsewhere. But she listened. She was kind. And she rallied to make sure our building was ready before a planned event. We are finally scheduled for installation and I will update the review on the quality of the building!

I just purchased a 24x48x9 RV cover with Luna and they did a great job! Their staff were very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. It did take longer than expected due to weather, but it was definitely worth the wait. The installers are very hard workers.

Good morning afternoon or evening so be it whatever time you may be reading this review. Just want to leave a quick review and honest opinion about my experience with Luna Metal Buildings. From the beginning the staff was professional and helpful soon as I walked through the door knowledgeable about what it is I wanted even gave me a tour where the process all goes down. To the point of sending me emails of when what time and how long things would take from start to finish. Couldn't been more accurate about that I'm very critiqued and very prompt about time these young men from the concrete to the final of the building were not on time but EARLY that means everything to me!!!! Concrete was laid building was put up and I could not have been more happier and satisfied with the experience!!! To everyone who participated in my experience I commend you all with love and gratitude and to the next customer your service be as obliged and grateful. I got a double carport from them they came out and put it up it looks good. When the wind blew most of the trim blew off 30 mph wind. Called ask them to put it back on under the trim tin is crooked it wasn’t even. Girl answering the phone gave me the owners name and cell phone . He told me to file my insurance. I want the trim fixed and the tin at the end cut even. You told me you would stand behind your work.

Luna Metal is top notch in my opinion they installed a 24x26 Wednesday for me and I am very satisfied with my dealings with them from start to finish Frank and the whole staff are awesome to deal with Quality work and cleaned up very well when finished!!! They did my Concrete and Metal Building. I couldn't be happier. The whole experience from start to finish was great. They are the hardest workers I've seen in a long time. And really paid attention to quality. had a couple friends that were happy with them and I've sent a few more their way.

I would leave zero stars if I could. We ordered our building September 18th, were told it would be up in six weeks which would be October 30th, it ended up being November 24th. Every time I called I never could get a straight answer, the guy that done the grading charged for 4 hours, he graded for 2 1/2 hours then charged an extra 150 to dig out a stump that wasn’t in the way of where I had it flagged. He moved my building 18 ft farther away from my house than I had marked. I called today about a leak and apparently I’m on my own, once again was told I would receive a call back but heard nothing. They also don’t seal their buildings so they will leak. I would stay as far away from this company as possible.

The company expects full payment at concrete delivery then full payment at material delivery. Keep in mind this is before they demonstrate the quality of their work. It was explained they return later to assemble. Normally a GC with good credit can get better terms

Don’t do business with this company! We wasted time trying to get our building done, and now we will have to spend more money trying to fix it! They left the place full of trash, coffee cups, screws, water bottles...! They couldn’t be more unprofessional. If you want a wobbly building on cracking concrete, call Frank (Francisco Paredes - who apparently felt the necessity of leaving a 5 star review for his own business). And please, don’t pay extra for the engineered drawings, they won’t even look at them.
