The initial install had issues and started falling off the crawlspace walls as the installer didn't do proper anchoring of the vapor barrier. If it wasn't for an electrician going down there I wouldn't have noticed.They never followed through on their 3 month follow up appointment and upon trying to get them out they missed several appointments and they never called to reschedule. I had to repeatedly follow up with them. They sent more people out, and they still didn't fully patch things up properly. I ended up having to re-tape some of the vapor barrier up myself.They seem to have a lot of installer turnover which is probably part of why the quality isn't as good as pictures of their past installs.

Just had my garage/basement waterproofing system installed by this company and am happy with the result. We had a long french drain installed on the exterior as well. When issues arose as they usually do with most projects, the owner/representative Chris had immediate solutions and was able to complete the job competently. I'm looking forward to not having any more water intrusion in our new home. I would recommend them, and I plan to use them again when I am ready for the next project.

ABC installed perimeter drains in both of my homes. Communication with Chris and Rebecca was excellent and Chris was very patient with answering all of my questions. Jeremiah and the crew arrived promptly, finished their work on schedule, and left the job site clean. I watched dozens of YouTube videos before I decided to do this work and ABC’s work is as good or better than everything I saw online. I would recommend them without hesitation.

ABC Water Solutions recently did a waterproofing job in my basement. My house was built in the 1960's and had serious water issues. From the first visit Chris had a plan. My basement kept flooding and I tried everything I could think of. Finally I called around for help and ABC water solutions came out quickly to assess the issue. Their price was reasonable and they showed really good attention to detail. Since the job has been complete I have made It through two big rains that in the past would have undoubtedly caused flooding, but thanks to abc my basement stayed dry.

An amazing family owned business. We called and made an appointment for an estimate because of the strong odor of mold throughout our home. Chris O’Brien, the owner, came out himself to assess the situation. Not only his respect, but knowledge in the waterproofing field was incredible. His crew came in and ripped all the insulation out of our Crawlspace, encapsulated the area, and installed a dehumidifier. Now it’s not only dry and clean in what was once a swampy dungeon, but it’s also now mold free. I ‘only’ gave G&O Waterproofing a 5 star rating because 6 or 7 stars were not available. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I had water seepage entering through the back of my garage, and that had been a problem for decades. I got a reasonable estimate with an explanation of services. I accepted the proposal, and the Crew reported on time on the arranged date. They worked diligently and completed the job in two days, as was estimated. They didn’t hesitate to explain what they were doing, and why. The completed area looks fine. I wholeheartedly recommend G&O.

The main issue is that the work ABC did caused a rupture to our main water line in our basement slab and they took no responsibility for it. It was not 100% ABC's fault because the line likely cracked because it was old. However, they should have either warned me of the risk or helped me cover the $6,000 emergency plumbing charge. After stringing me along for months, they did nothing to take responsibility. My home owners insurance would not cover it because the damage was caused by a contractor doing work. ABC should have submitted their own claim for the accidental damage they caused. The crew did a pretty good job of installing the interior draining system in my basement concrete floor, other than the damage. When the pipe was ruptured, they immediately ran out to the street to turn off the main water line, which prevented a major water issue. However, they did leave a lot of debris from the concrete mixing they did directly on our concrete floor. This took a while to clean up.

Wonderful service! We had water intrusion in our basement and they offered an affordable interior drainage system. They were able to do it quickly and well! I didn't even know they were down there. When they put the baseboards back up, it was not to my liking (not entirely their fault - the drywall didn't go all the way to the floor, which made it difficult to place the baseboard properly). However, they worked with me and were able to install the baseboard without having to take down the drywall or add additional material. Great company!

My basement apartment started flooding after some of the heavy rains late last year. Chris and his team were amazing. They moved quickly and got an estimate and plan established quickly and efficiently. They had to do a ton of work down there and they did an AMAZING job. My property has been completely dry for MONTHS! In the meantime we have had some very heavy rains and flooding in the area just like the event that flooded my basement.
