James did an amazing job putting guards on my gutters! Our house was built in 1996 and every year we get some much junk in our gutters and it is hard to up. My mom and I are so excited to have these gutter guards! James was on time and did an excellent job, as if he was doing it to family!! I would highly recommend his services!

James was quick to reply, quoted a very reasonable price, was upfront about work on our gutters (was the first to say honestly that any gutter guard is a challenge with pine needs, which we heard from all our neighbors as well). We'll definitely use again!

Hired James to do a job to replace gutters and fix leaks. My gutters are still leaking. I have reached out to him multiple times in the past couple of weeks with no response. I’m a very patient person but this is ridiculous. Communication is definitely not a strong suit, which is resulting in me taking my business elsewhere.

James was great! First, he worked with my schedule and was flexible when I had to move the date. James communicated well with me via text and kept in touch, he arrived on time and worked efficiently and nearly to clean all my windows on three levels. The windows are sparkling now! He was a very clean worker...not leaving drips and messes behind.He also was scheduled to clean my gutters. He informed me that all gutter guards were in place and clear of debris so cleaning was not necessary. What an honest young man! I highly recommend James and will not only use him again but I will recommend him to friends and neighbors.

this guys lack of professionalism caused my basement to be severly flooded. he could never keep the appointment that he booked . he kept scheduling me and would never show up. STAY AWAY .

No call, no show. When I called to ask if they were coming I was told they made a mistake in scheduling and had me down for the next day. I said ok, what time tomorrow? They replied that they couldn't do the following day either. ?????

Terrible customer service - arranged a time to do cleaning and not only did he not show up but never got back in touch. Had to reach out again and agreed to a time and date a week later and guess what - another NO SHOW with NO communication!!! Very disappointing and unprofessional. If you need work done - don’t call this company!
