Could not have asked for a better roofing experience. After a tree fell through our roof, Matt Gardner and his Asheville Roofing crew immediately came to the rescue, and within a week and a half of giving them the go-ahead, we were completely repaired. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else. They did the job and left a very clean work space. And, their price was far below the other bid, not to mention faster. We were told 2 to 3 months by the competing bid company, and as stated above, we were fixed within a week and a half. They are an honest group. High fives all around!!

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job and I'd recommend Asheville Roofing to anyone needing a roof inspection, repair, or replacement.I called Robert to get a quote for what I was hoping would be a repair on my 18-year-old roof. He came to my house the same day and informed me that the roof was in need of a full replacement. After getting 3 other quotes, I found that Asheville Roofing's quote was the most comprehensive and competitive cost wise. Robert was able to get his crew out here less than a week after ordering the materials. I was amazed by how many people showed up and how efficiently they worked. Within one day (12 hours) they were able to remove the old shingles, replace rotting decking, and fully install the new underlayment and shingles. The crew was courteous and put a lot of effort into cleaning up after themselves. All in all I don't think I could have had a better experience than I had with Asheville Roofing. Robert and team were absolutely amazing! efficient and clean. I had originally called for my business to have the roof looked at Robert was out within 10 min of my phone call. Provided a report for the landlord very detailed and exactly what we needed. I decided I'd have him come out and look at my roof on my house i bought last year. he was out within the hour to provide me a quote hand delivered to me with shingle samples, told me he was a week or two out got the money together and said to book me he had me on the books within 72 hours. His team showed up at 630 am and started promptly scraping the roof off at 7 and were gone by 4. a whole new roof. I couldn't believe how much it changes the appearance of a house with a new roof! the warranty is awesome and i feel like i got a great deal with quality work and quality people. i have given their information out to at least 5 people this week! They have been so great to check in and take good care of me. Responding promptly is a big deal in my book! also, while Robert was out quoting me i was trying to put together a wheelbarrow, (not successfully i might add) he took the time to stop and help me get it together! 10/10 recommend to anyone!

We hired Asheville Roofing to replace our condominium's roof. This roof had multiple layers with peaks and valleys and was in really bad shape. Asheville Roofing did a superb, professional job at a good price. It is now virtually leak-proof. They used metal in the valleys and miratec trim where the roof meets the walls. The crew worked tirelessly and were very neat. All unit members were 100% impressed with the company and the results.Communication was excellent. Hired Ray and team to install a new roof on our house we just purchased. Everything started fine but after the team finished installing the roof, we had a new leak in the chimney. Called Ray and told him. He was backed up on his schedule so it rained and we waited two days while the water ran down our chimney into our bedroom even after I installed a tarp over the chimney. A worker finally showed up and calked around the chimney saying it was just an old chimney and not their fault. Rain again and the chimney still leaked. The team came back out and tried to fix the leading edge of the roof where it meets the chimney. They said it was fixed (third time) …it rained again and more water fell into our house. On the fourth time around, they finally installed the chimney flashing (which was supposed to be installed on day one). The leak, a month and a half later, is fixed but the reputational damage is not. I must say I have never paid thousands of dollars to have the finished product be worse than the previous. To make matters worse, as payback for a poor job they were going to install chimney caps for free. Still have not heard back from Pedro at B&B construction (outsourced team) about that. Overall, I would have kept my old roof for another two years over hiring this company.Follow up (5 months later)- still no chimney cap or call back from either Ray or Pedro. He seems to be a lot faster at responding to Google reviews than fixing customer issues….Service: Roof installation

This is THE place to go for your roofing troubles.The first visit Ray had to our house he looked at everything and caulked some spots up but didn't ask for payment, just gave us advice.That gave us time we needed to save for a new roof and Ray/Asheville Roofing was the first one I called. Their quote was fair and they started working asap. They got it done in a day. They built it correctly this time unlike how it had been built incorrectly before. A more dishonest contractor would have just done it incorrectly again and saved themselves money and we would have been none the wiser.Ray is an honest man and will tell it like it is.
