Good place to deliver to I was giving some bad information by someone in the office and then the people in the office would not own up to it but the receiving manager took my word and unloaded me anyway that personnel were great did me a big favor by getting me unloaded but I'm very disappointed that office Personnel did not have the integrity and take the responsibility for giving me the wrong information they just lied and that they didn't say it thank you so much for seeing manager you went above and beyond

1)Their management of the invoice portal is disastrous, messy and cluttered due to their inability to remove items that had being paid or handled previously.2) trying to call the phone number on the invoice to resolve issues is pointless due to a recording that needs a extension number to proceed.3) In our attempts to straighten our past issues with their charges they end up making more mistakes making a simple roof job a headache that we all can live without.

Terrible customer service. Was told three times they would look into my order and call me back. All three times was never called back and had to call again myself to find the information. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the dishonesty about a call back, was told there was “no need for me to get ugly” Thank you for making me ugly instead of acknowledging the lack of customer service support. Do not bother with this company.
