We had an awesome experience working with Brown Haven and all the folks at the Asheville office. Thank you Michael, Angelica, April, Cory, Eric (our project manager), and Terri!! We have built three custom homes and this was BY FAR our best experience. From initial meetings, choosing a plan, making detailed selections, through the build and to closing these folks did a tremendous job. The team was very knowledgeable and provided us with needed information in a timely manner. Eric was clearly committed to a quality build and quickly addressed any questions or concerns that we had. The BH process worked well for us and we would work with them again should we ever build another one....

We hired Brownhaven Homes to build a smaller home for our aging parents. The entire process has been an amazing whirlwind! We are mid-construction / mid-project right now, but the projected completion timeline is sooner than we initially anticipated. Along the way we have had some hangups with permits and other details, but our General Contractor has been AH-MAZING to help us through all our questions and concerns.While we don't always hear back right away, we do hear back and have been greeted with kind and helpful answers that have guided our decisions along the way. We highly recommend Brownhaven Homes and have already gotten interest from some friends. Good job, Brownhaven!

Brownhaven is an exceptional group of people. They are friendly and really want to help you build a quality home in your price point. We have been very pleased--as well as on lookers--with the speed with which they have executed the build, and the quality has met our expectations. We couldn't be happier with the design, look , and feel of the house. Communication could be better. There are often days between when we have a question regarding the build, and when we hear back from the project manager. (we haven't had many questions or concerns) But we always hear back, and know they will devote attention to our needs. There are some general flaws due to dings and bangs by the construction crew, as well as overall site cleanup that need improvement; but we trust that will come together at the end. Thanks for the pleasurable experience, guys!

This review is from the perspective of a potential customer who did not go with Brown Haven.. We ended up deciding that a buy was better for us, as we didn't want to wait. I can only say that, if we had built a home, that we would have gone with Brown Haven. It was apparent from the get go that builders in the area are very busy, but Brown Haven's process was extremely customer focused.At each step, we knew how long, how much, and what choices we needed to make. We were able to see a home (just like the one we wanted) in progress. The team at Brown Haven was professional and very helpful, and I'd be willing to recommend them to anyone looking to build in the area.

Brow Haven Homes just finished our new home at Lake James in NC. The Asheville office did a great job for us. We started with one of their floorplans. We were able to customize it to fit our needs. Brown & Haven their work is terrible. The guy came during my warranty. Broke my table in half Brown & Haven did not pay to replace it. It was a brand new table. I would not recommend Brown & Haven to anyone work. My house was built in 2019 and is falling apart I paid almost a half 1 million for this house.
