Our experience with Grier Roofing in the Summer of 2019 was excellent from beginning to end! We received estimates from about 6 companies and not only was Grier's pricing very competitive, the customer service was fantastic. Brian came out to look at our roof, answer questions, and put together an estimate. He was friendly, thorough, and responsive to emails and calls. When we selected Grier to do the roof, Brian got us on the schedule quickly and coordinated around other work we had going on at our house. Then we picked a shingle color that was hard to source but Brian tracked them down and was able to keep on schedule. I cannot say enough good things about the crew that actually re-roofed our house! Philberto, the crew leader, and his team were the hardest working people we have ever had work on our house. They were respectful of our property and held themselves to a very high standard of workmanship. I never thought I would be excited about a new roof but it looks so good and the experience was a pleasure (seriously, how often can you say that about house work!?). After the work was complete Brian followed up to make sure we were pleased and came back out himself to repair a few spots in a separate flat roof on our property at no charge. It is so hard to know what you will get with contractors these days but I would absolutely use Grier again for any roofing need. Thank you Brian, Philberto, and team!

Just had our house in North Asheville re-roofed by Grier Roofing and the quality of their work was excellent! Brian stayed in touch and coordinated the job from start to finish, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew, led by Philip, was like an efficient well-oiled machine – they were careful to protect our skylights and landscaping and completed the job in two days. The roof looks great and the clean-up job by the crew was very thorough – not a trace of any shingle debris anywhere!

My wife and I recently had our shingles replaced by Grier Roofing. Brian gave us a fair estimate that was slightly less than three others that we received. Even though the crew showed up a day later than discussed, they still finished the roof of our home and garage in one day. Which was impressive. My only real issue with this experience has been the number of nails that were left behind in our gravel driveway. Just hoping that we find them all before our car tires do.

Brian was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful as we had some issues due to the covid pandemic relating to supply of my particular type and color.
