McClung Roofing just replaced my shingle roof and performed some minor repairs. I was impressed with the team from beginning to end. Derick, Jeremy, Luis, Tina, and Jo were each knowledgeable, helpful, easy to work with, pleasant, hard working, and on top of their roles from beginning to end. Their price was fair (and we had five estimates done), and the products they used were quality products. The labor team showed up early and raring to go. They got to work immediately and worked tirelessly until done. The yard cleanup was fantastic, which is important to us with three dogs. I'd never seen anything like it. Payment wasn't requested until the final roof had been inspected and a second clean up of the yard performed. I would willingly and happily refer them to anyone and use them again in the future. Thank you so very much for making this easy for me, guys!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL FIRST FOR ANYTHING ROOFING! From the office staff to the field staff to the repair, there is nothing but professionalism, quality and timeliness. If they say they were going to be there or that the work was done, it was. No worrying about showing up to work or getting a quote. Out of the 3 roofers I called to give an estimate, 1. Wanted to put a new roof on for a home that was being listed to sell. The roof was only 19 years old and not that bad of condition. They never even sent an estimate.2. The next roofer called decided he would come an hour earlier because he was “ready to get off working” and submitted a roofing estimate 2 weeks later.3. John McClung Roofing? Made an appointment with Tina. Kind, quick, efficient and professional. Thank you Tina. Had someone out in less than a week. Jesse said that they were going to be there at a certain time and they were. Professional, attentive and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Jesse. The next was the repair. I needed it completed pretty quickly. They had Johnny come out a week earlier than the due date I needed to have it done. If you want an honest roofer, call John McClung Roofing. Derrick came to my home and inspected my roof and explained what needed to be done, and the contract was signed. Our roof replacemeent was done in two weeks time, and completed in half a day. It was done by a huge crew with some of the members being tasked with picking up the small pieces of roofing debris and nails around my yard, amazing. Jeremy is the forman and kept me in the loop and was quick to answer questions and return my texts. Imagine my surprise when I heard that because there was only one layer of old shingles not two that I was due a refund of $1300. Can you imagine? How would I have ever known this was what they found? Now that is honesty! and I tell you, go get your new roof from John McClung Roofing.

The crew worked really hard but they came out when it was snowing very hard. We were a bit concerned about the moisture on the roof. They were blowing snowit it came down. Not sure putting on a roof in a snow storm was the smartest plan. Then afterward we had to clean up a huge mess. They came to clean up their mess but it had just rained so everything stuck to our deck and surrounding area. We had to clean all around the house and yard several times. The roof looks great and John M did a great job. The only negative was them choosing a very snowy day to put down the roof
