Lane roofing did an amazing job on my roof! Hunter(the owner) was very nice and was able to come out within 2 days of me calling. I received fair quote and ultimately decided to go with this company. I’m so glad that I did. There was a manager on-site communicating with me while the roof was being done. The roofers were very clean and so fast. I also had requested that my skylights be replaced and I am blown away at the transformation. The roof and skylights are both very well done. I’m so grateful. Lane Roofing company put a new roof on my house. They were so professional, courteous, helpful, and did just what they said they would do. They said they would be at my house at seven AM and they were here and taking off my old roof within ten minutes. They said they would be finished in one day and by four PM they were finished. The new roof looks awesome. I have had several neighbors comment on how nice the new roof looks. Not only did they do a good job on the roof, the clean up was exceptional. I highly recommend them.

Y'all, you will have the BEST experience imaginable with Hunter and his crew. They hooked up a 100+ year old roof with new fascia boards where needed and knocked out the whole re-roof in one day on a bungalow.The response time from Hunter is incomparable to the other companies I reached out too. He's right with you through the whole process, super easy to work with, explains things well, and his crew is fantastic.Super clean (no debris at all left behind- I guess this is maybe a thing?) professional, and was able to schedule fast since he has multiple crews. Top notch service. I contacted 3 different roofing companies, and Lane Roofing was the only one to call me back in a timely manner. They provided an accurate estimate for a replacement roof, answered all of my questions, and completed work the same day it was scheduled. This is the first time I have written a review when I wished there were ten stars. After getting several quotes, all within range of each other, we settled on Hunter Lane. Why? He responded quickly, was on time for his appointment and incredibly professional. I was struck at how quickly he responded to my text questions. Within a week after accepting his quote, we had a new roof! The job was tackled with military precision. Nine men were removing the shingles as if they were pieces of paper after preparing the perimeter with drop cloths to protect vegetation. Other workers were busy picking up discarded shingles with a foreman answering my questions and making sure our property was undamaged and the crew safe. By 4:15pm, they had finished the roof and picked up every scrap to leave our yard looking the way it did the day before. I had a chance to speak with the foreman about the crew. I pointedly asked if there was a lot of turnover and he said, "none." That speaks to how well they are treated and all were not only respectful of us but our property. It might sound like I am related or even paid to write all this but it is truly because I am stunned at how they pulled off such a big job so well and so efficiently. You must know that I am not one of those people who expect everyone to function perfectly. Who can? While Lane Roofing did a perfect job, I still would have given them the highest rating even if they left a few singles in my yard (which they didn't) because I KNOW this company puts customer service and satisfaction first.

Lane Roofing was easy to work with every step of the way, and seems like they did a great job. Easy to hire and schedule, responsive to questions, finished our roof ahead of schedule, and even came back to clean up the look of the skylights they put in for us when we asked them to do so. We had a roof leak around our chimney due to a previous contractor installing the flashing incorrectly. Hunter was able to come out for an assessment within days and complete the repair within a week. The team even came a day earlier than planned to finish the work before a new rainstorm hit. It's not often in today's world that you meet a person that stays true to their word with just a handshake. Hunter Lane and his company Lane Roofing and Restoration are those people. After consulting with one roofing company I knew there had to be a better option, and there was. I contacted Lane after reading their reviews and he sent his right hand man out to talk to me, Morgaan Atkinson. After talking and looking around the house Morgaan inspected the attic, the roof and a small water spot inside. We agreed on a price, time and date. The crew showed up on time and got right to work, nine hours later I had a new roof. The best part other than a new roof, I have not found any nails. This company is customer oriented and will do everything in their power to give you a great roof!

Lane roofing did a horrible job on my roof. They were suppose to replace the rotten wood of the trim he did not. They put holes on my siding. Did not replace the drip edge. Also I have contacted the owner Hunter several times he keep giving me the run around. I have had other roofers to look at the roof they told me they did a very poor job. Also he did my mothers roof she had her house pressured washed months later and water came running through her ceiling and light fixtures he has failed to complete the fixing of this as well I do not recommend anyone to use this company.Hunter you are a liar you just did my roof last August 2023 I have the first proposal. The siding was damaged by your workers and yes her roof damage was done by your company not placing the shingles on correctly you have not tried to fix anything. Your workers damaged the siding you did not replace the drip edge but I am going to file a legal claim against you and your company. I dont think 2023 was three years ago stop ducking and dodging give me your insurance company name and im going to file against you I have all your text messages

Couldn’t be more pleased. The communication was excellent from the get-go. They replaced my entire roof. It was a very difficult job because of a high peak and very steep slope but the roofers up there were amazing, even in 19° weather. Morgan coordinated the job personally snd was absolutely terrific. The price, considering the nature of the job, was extremely fair. The owner, Hunter, has established a great business.

I used this company since it had many 5 star reviews on Google. Really, this roofing company and the people were just amazing. They came over to the house the same day I called and at least caulked around a leaking plumbing stack where the water was leaking as a temp patch, then worked with the insurance company to get approval to replace the whole roof under my homeowners policy which no other roofing company even offered to do. There were there when the insurance inspector arrived and discussed all the problems with him., As a result the insurance company agreed the roof had failed early and should be completely replaced under the homeowners policy. Lane Roofing did the roof for the insurance company's quote and did all the work within a week of the approval. During the whole process I was amazed by the efforts they went to. It was sort like you were dealing with a member of the family. Really EXCELLENT service the Google reviews (5 stars) are true. I would use Lane Roofing again and would strongly recommend that you at least get a quote from them.
