A family member's home had experienced significant water damage, exterior paneling deterioration, and significant runoff issues. Coupled with electrical problems that had developed over the years, plumbing and septic troubles, and myriad other issues, the task seemed overwhelming given the limited time I could dedicate.One call to Legacy made the difference. I had a fantastic staff of professionals in and out of the house over the following weeks, seamlessly moving from one project to another. Water mitigation, grading, electrical repairs and installations, paneling replacement, flashing, painting, and even tree work! These guys know their stuff, and can make magic happen.A dream of fully renovating the property never quite came to fruition as the home was eventually sold. However, if we HAD chosen renovation as the most viable option, I would have hired no company other than Legacy. The restoration and preservation work Legacy did enabled us to sell the property; recouping the majority of our expenditure and enabling the home to be ready for new owners.If you need an honest, reliable, and professional crew -- seriously -- look no further.

I had such a great experience with Legacy Contracting and they have become my go to company for any of my construction needs! Legacy Contracting literally came to my rescue while building Off the Wagon Dueling Piano Bar in downtown Asheville. They did superior work very efficiently. It only took them two weeks for major renovations! Legacy turned an old run downed building into a beautiful gem of downtown. They are professional, courteous, and take extreme pride and the work that they do. I look forward to my next build with Legacy!

I had a water leak in the lower part of my house and Wes came to my rescue.  With in a very short period of time after I called him he was at my house. Helping to get it cut off temporarily and assessing the damages and what it would take to repair it.  They came in tore it out, dried it out and repaired it back to normal.  Everyone that I meet was very nice and helpful.  Great quality work and just great people!  He is my go to guy when it comes to this kinda stuff.  Would highly recommend Legacy Contracting LLC.
