In a heavy wind and rain storm I lost one of my roof caps. A couple of days after the storm is when I discovered it had blown off when I found it laying on my gutter. I called Litespeed and they lived up to their name. Kirby came out later the same day to assess and give me an estimate. They were able to complete the job of putting the cap back on, as well as checking all the other areas of the roof, within a couple of days. All is well. Thank you Litespeed.

They came quickly to repair it, but then they said that it roof was messed up and the whole area should be replaced. It would have been nice to know that before they did the work instead of paying for a repair on an area that needs to be replaced anyways. They said they would get back to me with an estimate for doing all the necessary replacements with an explanation and pictures, but I never got back to them.Additionally, they didn't throw away the old shingles from the repair. They were able to get out to my house quickly and Kirby shot a video of his roof inspection. His video explained his concerns clearly and he showed examples of what he was looking at. He followed up with a phone call where he reiterated his concerns and he took the time to explain what each issue meant to the integrity of the roof. Their website has a ton of great information. They do a great job at educating their customers and they respond quickly. He was the only roofer that took the time to explain to us what we were seeing with our roof. Would recommend to anyone.
