Lobo Builders built a garage and did an interior remodel of a guest space and bathroom for us. Everyone we were in contact with was fantastic. The work was done well, and updates were provided with photos when we could not be in town. Our project manager , Karl, truly cared about our project, had great attention to detail and knew when to ask us questions about preferences. We will definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend Lobo enough. They are very professional hard working people. We contracted them to remodel the kitchen, dining area, and to move the washer and dryer upstairs from the basement. We are so happy with the results!

We used Lobo for an addition to our 1940's house (Kitchen remodel/Living room and Master Suite addition). We love the outcome and Lobo was ideal to work with on this project. An addition during a pandemic can be stressful at times but Lobo went above and beyond to make sure we were going to be happy with the final product. They made it easy to give and receive ideas before and during the build. Lobo will be our go to for any future projects. Thomas Wolfe and his team at Lobo Builders are professional, responsive and provide high quality work. He came out and listened to the vision for upgrades and additions for our office space/house built in the early 1900s and respected our budget constraints, working with me to determine the best options for our project. Thomas and his team did an incredible job designing and installing an insulated sunroom we will use for specialized therapies. We also had the roof replaced (it's a complicated one) and when an issue with a subcontractor arose, Thomas was personally in touch with me and took care of required adjustments. They demolished an old deck and rebuilt a new deck and also installed new gutters. Karl, the site manager, was always friendly and responsive when I reached out. We called in for an estimate on a project and Lobo Builders’ customer service was above and beyond. They provided us with everything we needed to know and got back to us with a plan and estimate quicker than we expected. We sadly had to halt are plans due to COVID, but Lobo Builders let us know that as soon as we were ready, they would be too! Definitely will be going with them when that day comes! Thank you!

I bought a house last year that needed many updates (new kitchen, floors, bathroom vanities, adding screened in porch, etc), and hired LOBO Builders as a recommendation from another contractor. There were a couple of hiccups on my part that caused the beginning of my work to be delayed a few months, and LOBO was very understanding and accommodating. I needed to live in the house while the work was being done, and my comfort and access to utilities was one of their first priorities. I have heard plenty of horror stories from family and friends of living through a remodel/update, but I couldn't have imagined the process going any smoother, and I applaud LOBO for that.Services: Install flooring, Paint indoors, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation
