I had an even better experience than anticipated. They built a home for me from the ground up on a piece of raw land with no septic/well/drive. They coordinated everything within a budget that worked for me. Working with them in the planning phase was so easy and they helped me through a lot of practical matters that I wasn't familiar with. They were excellent communicators (this was VERY important to me), respectful, timely, and committed to the project. I am extremely happy with my home. The craftsmanship is excellent. I was thoroughly impressed with the work at each step of the process. They and their subcontractors did an excellent job. I couldn't be any more pleased. We have a small house built in the 1940’s that had a lot of issues. Our roof leaked and wasn’t built properly and the exterior walls we not plumb or square. We knew ripping off the roof and siding and rebuilding it totally different was going to have its share of challenges. Throughout the process there was good communication, in person oversight and tedious work to be done. Many additional challenges came up and was handled professionally and with a good attitude. They were one out of only two contractors even willing to take on the job and estimated the project the most reasonably.
