This has been a project! I bought the home three years ago and about six months into living there, it became clear that there were serious issues with the home, the foundation, and the deck. The home had substantial issues when New Dream Renovations came on site including some that made the three story deck a serious life-threatening safety issue. This became a complete renovation of the home.As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. The quality of the renovation has been stellar. I have had multiple friends that I have made over the last two years who are experienced contractors who have said that the home is among the highest quality work that they have seen. To me that is the biggest compliment to any professional, when your peers recognize the quality of your work. The team at New Dream Renovations delivers on the quality and vision of the renovation. Trish has great design vision and Lee and his crew are great at implementing that vision. A call out to Keith, Ricky and Matt who work with Lee. They are wonderful guys. Lee has a great group of electricians he works with who do great work and are on top of things immediately.
