Jacob and his team came out to help on very short notice with a remodeling project for us as we needed assistance asap. They were on time, worked hard without any breaks for phone calls, text messages, and got the job done quickly, professionally and were personable and easy to communicate with while onsite. They also came back a few days later to address more unexpected issues we ultimately ran into. i will absolutely use them again as I have been very impressed with their level of service.

I am so glad I chose Rhino Renewables for our solar installation. I am a general contractor, but this was for my personal home with a ground mount system. They did a perfect job making sure everything was located and spaced properly, square and level. They answered my questions and addressed any concerns I had completely. My system is up and running and I couldn't be more pleased with my super low or no cost monthly electric bills.

I highly recommend Rhino renewables. I had a great experience with them from start to finish. I worked as a general contractor doing commercial remodel work in a large market out West for 15 years and I worked with a lot of electrical contractors in that time. The entire team at Rhino renewables - from the estimator, to our project manager, to everyone on the installation crew - was knowledgeable, professional & courteous. Our installation was done in the window of time that they committed to, despite some really cold days that delayed start time due to a slick metal roof with morning frost. Our system is up and running and the interface to monitor the system production and power consumption is great. I can’t wait to find another opportunity to work with these guys!

From our first call to Rhino Renewables to inquire about replacing our 12 year old house batteries, through the completion of our project, co-owner Ed provided stellar customer support. He was easy to reach and answered questions in detail, whether the questions were about technical topics or about the overall process. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the work Rhino does. The whole Rhino team kept things moving as quickly as possible, and everyone was helpful, kind, professional and communicated excellently. Project manager Sierra followed through consistently with a shipper in order to receive our batteries as soon as possible (and right before Christmas weekend!). The batteries were installed within the last 2 months, and so far all is well, and Ed has provided great post-installation support. Consistent and clear communication, and completing projects as promised and on schedule, are crucial, and Rhino did all of this superlatively.

After researching different types of solar systems for our home, we selected Rhino. They installed our system in a timely manner and were helpful when we asked questions and needed assistance after installation. The only minor glitch was a miscalculation in space needed for batteries inside our home, so the batteries were placed in the garage. It has not negatively impacted performance. Everything was done neatly. For two years, we are reaping the benefits of installing solar! We would recommend Jacob, Ed and the team at Rhino Renewables Solar for your residence.

Rhino Renewables is the team my wife and I chose to install our solar panels. We spoke to four different solar providers before deciding on Rhino Renewables. When Ed Wright came out to our home, he spent time solving the difficulties the roof of our older home presented and taking plenty of time to carefully measure placement of panels. The extra care and attention to detail on that first meeting built our confidence in this young company. Mr. Wright listened to what our goals were, answered our questions and educated us on many details of the various systems available. Ed gave his assessment on how well our home would do with issues from shaded areas to what systems would work best for us. Rhino Renewables was ready to start installing soon after. The installation went well, and the team was responsive to our questions and concerns. They went the extra mile to insure we could get the solar panels, that at the time, were in short supply. I waited to write this review to see how closely their proposed system would do, and it has performed just as they said it would. Thanks Rhino Renewables!

I could not possibly be more completely satisfied with all of the work that Rhino Renewables has done with the new solar panels on my roof. I had been considering having them installed for several years now, but kept running into a variety of questions and issues. Rhino addressed and solved each and every one of them—rapidly. I received a very careful and thorough investigation of my house, attic, and roof, and was given precise information about exactly what I needed and how much it would cost, as well as how long it would take to discharge my debt through a decrease in my electricity bill. Installing all of my nearly two dozen panels took only two days. I began receiving energy from them after just two weeks. Other suppliers had indicted it would take as much as two or three months for all of the inspections and approvals to be complete. Since the panels were turned on and began producing electricity for me, I have not had a single problem with them, although Rhino has been in touch with me frequently to see if there were any other questions they might help me out with. They also provided an internet link that allows me to track panel activity in virtually any way I might wish. I have nothing but praise for the job Rhino Renewables has done for me. It was excellent and all of the people I have worked with there have been pleasant, helpful and most effective. Thank you Rhino Renewables!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. Not only did they do great, efficient, and competitively-priced work, they were extremely easy to work and incredibly responsive. While this initial business related to standard residential electrical work, it was such a good experience that we've fast-tracked our solar install plans. To be clear, the Rhino guys were not pushy about trying to sell us a solar install (at all), but the thoroughness and wealth of information provided in response to our questions got us comfortable moving forward more quickly than we had anticipated. They were an excellent company to work with as they help design a system to maximize my panel's ability to capture the most solar power possible. Jacob and the Rhino Renewables team did a great job on my EV charger. This installation was a bit tricky as the panel in my home could not be further from the parking area and it involved trenching and setting up a post to mount the charger outdoors. During the quoting process Jacob was very flexible and willing to collaborate on the design, and offered thoughtful ideas that I hadn't even considered. The price was fair given the complexity of the job. Jacob and team were very considerate of my property and did quality work, and I'm really happy with the outcome!
