I contacted Arthur at “The Handyman Plan” since his business showed up in a google search for professional picture hangers and I was so glad I did! I had three large pieces of artwork to hang with no ladder tall enough to do the job myself. After a couple of email exchanges, I also asked Arthur to plan a grid pattern in order to hang my collection of 3” danish plates. Arthur and his wife did a fabulous job! One of the pieces was hung above our mantel on a rock wall fireplace. The other two pieces were hung on a vaulted wall in our dining room. The two pieces were spaced correctly both in height and width as well as apart from each other.I would highly recommend Arthur at The Handyman Plan for any of your needs for hanging pictures, drapery rods, curtains or any other handyman project.Jane Gibbins

Arthur the handyman recently did multiple projects in our house. He put in cabinets and shelving in our laundry room, put in a built-in bookshelf in our office, and helped us transform some utility space into a storage room. He did this from designs we provided, and he helped us with additional designs when didn’t have any ideas. He had some great ideas and it really turned out beautiful. Our favorite project is a built-in bookshelf in our office that is about 10 feet tall by 6 feet wide. He built it from scratch but it looks like it was built with the house. We are very happy with Arthur’s work and look forward to using him again in the future. High quality work at a very reasonable price was our experience. I would recommend Arthur to friends and family without hesitation.

My wife and I have hired numerous contractors, carpenters, and handymen over the years. Some have been fine, others have been less than good, while a couple have been downright terrible. Arthur, on the otherhand, is THE BEST person we've ever hired for a project. From the moment we first touched base, he was responsive and considerate. He met us to review what we had in mind and gave us a quote that was a great deal. He worked with us through each step, checking to make sure we were happy with how things were shaping up. He was gracious and patient when my wife and I wavered on decisions or changed our minds on certain measurements. And best of all, he really seemed to love what he was working on, even forgetting to break for lunch one day because he was so engrossed in his work. After looking at his trim work one evening after he had left for the day, it was clear that Arthur is not just another handyman or carpenter, he's a craftsman in the truest sense, taking genuine pride in what he does. He removed an old forced hot water heating system and repaired the floor where pipes poked through. Also refitted some doors and did some painting where I could not reach. He arrived every day on time and worked diligently. I would use him again.

Attempted to hire them for several handyman projects in my home. Sent an email requesting follow up and they never responded. After a few days I called their business line and got a voicemail. Tried calling several more times and never reached a live person.
