Home Depot beats Lowe's for sure. I found everything I needed, was greeted by employees in the store, and had no problem with the self scanner. Sidebar: I'm a bird watcher, so I like to watch the birds in the greenhouse.

Got a shop vac hose kit and they sold me wooden blocks/ An empty can of crack seal/ and a random wire/I called and they said they will be able to help and exchange it(I live 45 minutes away) I get there and they said no and I had to pay for a new one completely/ L place

Don’t buy paint here they let you sit around and wait for 25 min after 10 of them walked by. And asked multiple times. I left Not the first time either. Train more paint employees or stop doing paint.

My wife just visited today a d bought bag goods and soils and asked the cashier to call for help and she did. No one showed up and my wife ended up loading herself. My wife is in great shape but she is no spring chicken. This is disgraceful service and I just won't have it

Absolutely love walking into this store with my toddler and be treated like a criminal.No thanks Home Depot…gave you a chance, but sticking with Lowe’s.

My favorite place for all my DIY projects. I've used PVC Tto create a different car seat design, and shopping cart seat for my dog. It's attached to the cart with Velcro. All of the employees know Piper and are great with and for her as a Therapy dog. Home Depot she is not restricted to a cart.The second picture is of my car seat Mom made me. I love especially with the extended front so I can stretch out, plus see. Strapped in the a modified k-9 seat belt. And foam on the sides and front.

They followed me around like I was a shoplifter cause I have a lot of tattoos.....and refused my return literally on judging my appearance. Oh well....money can be spent other places. Seeing as I am a small business owner....I would rather shop somewhere close to home than outsource. But reasons like that are why ppl like me do in fact outsource.Save your generic response to my comment. Don't patronize me any further

More and more items are no longer available to the public in store. They are moving to online and pick up. If you need something quick you can try your luck. The more common items are still there but now there isn’t much competition with items in store. They have reduced to their brand affiliates and maybe one or two more. I remember when you could choose.Now it is what it is. Up side is that they are still cheeper than Lowe’s on most items. That is for now.

We will not be ordering appliances from Home Depot again. We ordered a washer and dryer, and although we gave them a heads up that our driveway requires a certain kind of delivery truck, they sent a delivery truck that failed to make it up our driveway. At that point they simply gave up. They did not offer to reschedule the delivery or send an appropriate truck, even though we had already waited a month for the delivery and even though we had spoken with them in-person at the store about our driveway to make sure they understood that a particular type of truck was needed. We called and pleaded with customer service, explaining that the right truck could easily make it up our driveway if they would just try again, but they just repeated that all they could do was refund us. We then placed the same order with Lowe’s. Lowe’s initially sent a truck that didn’t have high enough clearance to make it up our driveway, but instead of jumping ship they immediately worked to rectify the situation, rescheduled the delivery with an appropriate truck, and got the appliances to us the next day. The difference was night and day. It’s Lowe’s from here on out.

Easy on/off 240. Mostly friendly staff. Beats Lowe's and all the doors including the exit opens. Plus the front door opens back up if you forgot something in the car and quickly need to go back out. Think about the Lowes!

We ordered two carrara marble bathroom vanities and the tracking said they were at the store but never notified us to come pick them up so I called... Hats off to Melinda!!! She personally went back to the warehouse to see what was going on. Long story short, I was able to come pick them up the next day... Couldn't be more pleased... They are beautiful!!!Thanks Melinda!!!

By far the best Home Depot in the area. They are busy so you may have to wait to be helped but you can tell the associates are passionate about their jobs and helping customers!

Ordered items around 3:30 and went in at 6:30 PM to pick them up. Arrived and checked at the counter. Had to wait for 5 minutes for employee to recognize me as he was on hold on his phone. A simple i will be with you in one minute would have been nice. The order had not been picket yet so the employee printed the pick sheet and instructed me to go pick it myself. The items were 200 feet round trip from the desk in a strait line. WTH they can not even walk 100 feet pick a small box and walk back?? Horrible customer service. All my business will now go to Lowes or local hardware store.

Never ordering anything major from Home Depot online again. I ordered a swingset a month before my son’s birthday party. The carrier that Home Depot sent it to could not deliver it and the local store did nothing to correct the situation. I was bounced around and told they would try to refund me. This store does not care either. Buy local. Buy elsewhere.

I have used this Home Depot a few tjmes with no problem. Easy to get to. Workers were helpful and nice enough. They had my items in stock and don't mind helping load you up. Wish we had one closer to us here in Sylva, but it is not an awful drive to Asheville. They have two locations, this is the one I have used for pick-up, delivery, and shopping.

My in-store pick up was a very unpleasant experience, 23 hrs to complete the order, everything was in store called 7hrs after ordering got no answer ,left a message but response. 1st Home Depot I ever had any problem with.

The Big Box stores like this have pretty much everything you need. Except dehydrators... but they're online to buy. Hate buying stuff sight unseen except for pictures, but the OTHER Big Box store only has them online too, so I guess it's just a matter of only keeping inventory on what regularly sells. NBD

Went to this Home Depot location just to pick up a set of pack outs I purchased the day before. While I was there I decided to get another 2. I paid over 800 and as I was attempting to leave one of the employees called to me. Saying "hey", giving me an judging look and raising his arms at me. Then proceeds to walk towards me. Where I'm from doing something like that is disrespectful and is someone looking to start a fight. This older man is not a friend nor is he someone I know. It wasn't til after that he asks me to show him my receipt. At the point I'm already upset. I tell him as calm as I could I came to pick up an order I made everything was paid for. And if he would of looked and done his job from the start instead of wasting time chatting it up with another customer that mostly all the boxes have a pickup label with my name on it. I'm sure that's not how Home Depot employees are trained. I've never had an experience like this at any Home Depot before in all the states I've been too. The problem isn't showing my receipt even at Walmart I show the employees my receipts if they ask in a professional manner. If he would of came up to me in a friendly manner saying "hey sir, may I see your receipt" there would of been no problem. But that was not what happened. He came all confrontational. It felt like he was already insinuating that I was stealing. I spoke to his manager about it cause that man needs to be trained again. I rarely leave reviews but I felt I had to after how rude that employee was. He does not need to be working the register if he doesn't know how to properly treat customers.
